I just found this (Hotfiles) download location. When I clicked on it it stated 31 minutes download. Worth a try if the one you are using blows out.

Yep... You got the right file. But 4 hours? Where do you live, in the Outback? LOL.....
I got it in 7 minutes... VirginMedia fibre optic with a 30Mb Hub, and their nearest server is about 2 miles from where I live; so I'm spoilt!

I have successfully installed the jelly bean Rom from the link I put in the last post and this time the camera is working.
When I got this phone the baseband was I9300UBLG2 now it's I9300XXDLIB
Kies Firmware information sees it as the latest firmware.
Version PDA:/PHONE:LIB/CSC:LI1 (XEO)
It didn't say not upgradable by Kies, like the last Rom did.

I'm glad the ROM worked OK. If you experience the same problem again goto:

for the latest (Official) Rom. It's a slow download though I'm afraid.
I know you've flashed your phone before so you shouldn't have any problems doing it, but remember to flush the Cache out after flashing.
1)Power off your SGS3 I9300 completely. (I always remove the battery, wait 30 seconds, and reinsert).
2)Press ‘Home’ + ‘Volume Up’ + ‘Power’ buttons and when the screen switches ON release the buttons.
3)When the main Recovery menu appears, you should select ‘wipe data/ factory reset’ with the Volume up/down keys and confirm with the Power or Home button.
4)Now select ‘reboot system now’ and wait for the phone to boot normally.
