hey guys my s4 camera cant focus on close uo objects and its irritating....is this issue with all s4 and how to solve it?

B... mores4 lithium battery has max 500 recharge cycles capasity - for average user- change battery with new genuine s4 battery ..calibration etc doesnot reay help .. close/delete/forcestop all unwanted non essential apps ..stop vibration alerts .. we have tried every "trick" - overheating intermittently and fast battery drain daily is non-curable problem with s4 -dont know about other makes /models ..

          i9505 has better battery life while i9500 is marginally faster.

          The big advantage of i9505 is that it has LTE support (if the bands are supported in your area).

                Now I don't game at all. There are many reasons. Firstly, I'm not very fond of gaming. Secondly, I have an iPad air 2 for that. Thirdly, s4 is not so great for gaming as it has an old processor.

                There were firmwares which gave 6 hours of on screen time. I once got 7. The latest one is quite poor in battery life. I barely get 5 hours.

                It all depends. For example, browsing through wifi takes up a lot less power and gives you much better battery compared to 2g/3G.

                Also if you watch movies, you'll get much higher on screen time. For example, watch a 3 hour movie. You will barely lose 30% of battery. That translates to 10 hour of on screen time.

                Also your network reception and the background apps take a lot of power.

                There are a lot of variables. Also stand by time is one.

                Also firmware is a,culprit. Wait for lollipop update and we'll compare. I hope it's as good as android 4.3 battery life. I got more than 6 hours of time.

                P.S. I use wifi and may be that's the reason I'm getting higher times.

                      Hello darkgamer, I have been following your posts with interest. You have mentioned that you get 5 hrs of on-screen time, which, so far as I am concerned, is quite out of the world! My S4 is no more than 6 months old, but I have never seen my on-screen time go past the 3.5 hr mark in spite of taking every battery saving measure that I could gather from this forum. I have disabled pretty much everything that I don't have a need for. I don't use power saving mode though, for what is the use of an octa-core processor if I don't enjoy full use of its power?
                      What I would like to know from you is an approximate break up of the 5 hrs that you get. Do you play games much? Or watch movies, listen to songs? Naturally you would be doing all of the above, but if you would be kind enough to give us an estimate of the time you employ in each of the activities you normally do, it would help us to put into perspective the 5 hrs that you get. (On a typical day, for example, I do 30 mins of voice calling, 30 mins of Facebook /WhatsApp, 1 hr of browsing /emailing, and 1-1.5 hr of gaming/ watching videos before I run out of juice.)

It may fix the problem.i restarted but its same....actually when song plays or a video play the voice of singer or speaker is crystal clear but there is still some sort of a noise in background music...am confused since music is distorted a little but not the voice of singer so plz help

                            Got a S4 Black edition for Mum's 60th Birthday guys.
                            Decent and so far so good. Its made in Vietnam. Hope she get to use it with ease.

                              what else you need in Rs. 21000.

                                    You may go for note if you would use the s pen but otherwise, s5 is overall better phone.
