got one brand new and 16 days old screen got damaged, started turning screen ooff. impossible o repair for screen costs same than phone

Anonymous, 05 Nov 2016factory data reset first do the password wrong 5 times then turn it off then power it off then hit the volume up home button and the power at the same time then go to data reset then go to reboot then change the language to English if you have to then skip everything and voila!!

If you have previously setup a Wi-Fi connection and it's in range, it will connect and use Wi-Fi instead of Mobile Data. Otherwise, your phone will use Mobile Data. If you cannot use either, check your Wi-Fi setup with whoever is providing it, or check your Mobile Data with your mobile provider. It is more likely a setup issue than a broken phone. I have used this phone around the world on Wi-Fi, 3G and 4G with no problems.

to what is quickly consumes battery could be a few reasons;
as well as programs running in the background. facebook, instagram, snapchat, messenger, Netflix, Outlook, etc,
another reason to turn off the data connection when you do not need ,
also to put the display in low light, and delete or disable apps that you do not use it
just as well to do the factory data reset to empty the system of unnecessary data, but only if you do not root your phone
But there are other tricks that can improve battery performance and that rule is that the battery is not discharged below 25% and not be charged more than 95%, which means hold between these percentages with everyday small Recharging because that hold the battery in good shape and to know in both cases if the battery is below 25% or above 95%, then decreases for one cycle of the battery and knowing that there is 500-1500 cycles (depending on the producers) so every little Recharging extends the life of the battery.
But if you notice that your phone is often heated then the number of cycles is spent and need to replace your battery with a new one.

(camera didn't work on my phone, later on I got a new phone. it was working fine till I put the old memory card in and the camera stopped working, so I bought a new memory card and it was all good.)

not that it is not compatible to s4,but it appear minor problems with the battery, camera, and some applications ,so you need to spend the time to resolve these issues in order to improve the operation of the phone. but also lollipop os it take around 5.1GB of internal memory, which is twice more than a kit-kat, and because of this I stayed on the kit-kat and works without a problems
