This is the only downfall of an Android Product. Updates are limited and very Slow. But when you have an empty pocket, it's all one can afford or Apple would be at the top if it's software was open to other makes.

You're welcome. This was not a security policy update. It was a regular OTA Android OS update. I remember seeing performance and security improvements listed among the features of the update. Don't worry. You might get it sooner or later in Zimbabwe too.

first try to take out the battery and sim card left briefly, then return them to the phone and starts, if do not work then try with another sim card because it may be that your sim is damaged, and the last option before you go to try the service do factory data reset, but save your data to sd card then remove sd card and reset the phone. I wish you luck
