first try to take out the battery and sim card left briefly, then return them to the phone and starts, if do not work then try with another sim card because it may be that your sim is damaged, and the last option before you go to try the service do factory data reset, but save your data to sd card then remove sd card and reset the phone. I wish you luck

I have a Samsung S4 which I have downloaded Amazon Prime Music for our boat. Problem is we have a cord that hooks up to the AUX and Charge on the radio and my phone but it will not do both at the same time. I have to disconnect on or the other for them to work. Is there something I am doing wrong? Is there a way to make it play and charge at the same time?
