ASK a direct question from samsung cs -imei number of ur handset warranty end date ..

rohit, 06 Jul 2014Hm.....but in 4.4.2 battery backup is not gud....as 4.2.3..... moreWhen i updated my 5 day old phone to 4.4.2,i was also scared about the battery life going down as i had read a lot about it in the reviews but luckily it didn't happen,battery is as good as it was,even the standby time is great.

Hm.....but in 4.4.2 battery backup is not gud....as 4.2.3...
So...wht should I do 4.2.3 or 4.4.2.. ????

rohit, 05 Jul 2014My..phn heated up while using Internet. ..an sometime scre... moreUpdate your phone to 4.4.2,mine is running on the same,yesterday i watched youtube for about 50 mins,the phone doesn't get heated,just a bit warm,which is normal for any phone,haven't faced any such serious heating issues till now.

AnonD-269181, 05 Jul 2014how to check the date of my purchase of my s4,i got it in s... moreTELEPHONE SAMSUNG customer services -give them handset imei number - date of first registration for warranty purposes should be on record for ever including name on samsung account - ask is this handset still under warranty until when -2yrs warranty - backtract the date urself .. also that shall ensure international warranty on nonrooted handsets 2yrs from first registration . if samsung c/s reluctant -email them with imei number asking for warranty end date .. send letter by recorded delivery .. its your customer right -ref warranty 2yrs from first registration .. if samsung says no record of first registration - demnad new registration and international 2yrs warranty .. you DONOT say u bough handset 2nd hand ..

Superb experience after 128 MB update. Battery lasting for a day without a charge. Earlier network does not automatically picks up while entering into roaming zone. But that problem goes out.

After the current latest update installed, my S4 is taking nearly 5 hours to get fully charged from 0-100%, which early was less then 2 hours...
Does any-else is facing this problem or should I visit to the samsung care.

1800mb data consumed on ur vodafone doesnot ==update is 1.8GB. advisory is to update via wifi - via data conncection only if u have unlimited data tarrif -speed dependent 3G or 4G data connection .
if home wifi not fast -then simple trick is to use free wifi in a shopping mall etc etc upto 1 hr or longer if available ..
update download -via ota or wifi kies via computer laptop -download package is determined by samsung servers connection to specific handset .
keep trying checking for update 443 then 444 daily - trick midnight korean standard time when samsung serves not too busy in south asia . ota . also can ask network shop to connect to fast wifi laptop in shop for free ..its ur right as network paymontly postpay customer ..

Very good stability update released by Samsung....Battery is lasting noticeably longer....Overheating is reduced to some extent...Lesser lag in UI...

how to check the date of my purchase of my s4,i got it in second hand without bill...in service centres they are saying they cant check that...do v have any other alternstive???i just want to know if it is under waranty or not ....:)waiting for the reply buddiees:)

Yesterday i updated my s4 with an update of 128mb through wifi, now i am facing problem with mobile network, which keeps going off on little network drop. Most of the time my mobile is out of reach now. Before update there was no such network issue. Please help how do i roll back my update or how can i fix it?

Bcoz my Vodafone shown me I Consumed 1800MB data during this update..wat does that mean then?
Also is there any setting in Kies3 to only download the basic update file(like here its 77+17MB only) & not d entire file of 1.8GB.

Stupid waste of time around 2hrs(as per my net speed) to upload a minor update on my S4..3rd class Samsung services..if u go service center these guys in Pune don't abt latest updates n their 1st answer wud b no we r not aware..via OTA device doesn't allow(however it allows fr other devices like Grand & S2/S3).
Not a big change after update via Kies.
Thanx atleast this S4 s best amongst all my previous Galaxy series. Samsung has released all its devices as per year:
2010:Galaxy S
2011(1+1):S2
2012(1+2):S3
2013(1+3):S4(wid 13MP cam) this 13 seems lucky 2 me & now a days 13seems stick to my life everywhere :)
Will Surely buy Note3 in future if possible.
**Samsung Pls allow for OTA updates..as it saves a lots of time though
