pda-mj8 ph... moreJust because your phone has Afghanistan ROM doesn't mean it was made there. It could be made anywhere. Any i9500 made anywhere, can have a firmware of elsewhere. No big deal there.
If you are not getting the OTA update (AFG has not got the 4.4.2 upgrade yet, that's why you are not receiving the update option) option, then go to www.sammobile.com, download the 4.4.2 Indian ROM, and flash with Odin 3.09. Simple. The ROM sizes around 1.2 GB.

Anonymous, 23 Mar 2014this is i9500 s4 forum and s4 i9500 can only handle max spe... morei9500 has wifi ac. It can handle much more than that. i think its close to 450 mbps. And i don't get that speed in my phone. 500 mbps is lan speed. That i get in laptop. In the phone. I get around 100 mbps
