It basically works on hearing aid principle. Nowadays with so much noise pollution, many suffer from NOISE INDUCED HEARING LOSS, resulting in lesser appreciation of some frequencies, mostly at 4k region. Now with adapt technology (just like hearing aids) it amplifies this 4k region sound so all areas of music are clear.
i am very much impressed with this technology as i started hearing some grey areas of sound (usually in 4k area) and left hearing from my ipod altogether.
ipod send all signals correctly but all human ears have some deficiency, so this basic adapt sound technology is just too ingenious way to rectify that problem. teenagers wont benefit but yes adults >30years interested in music will certainly notice this music difference and enjoy too.

Im confused which one to choose Samsung I9500 Galaxy S4 or Samsung I9505 Galaxy S4. Can somebody explain to me the advantage/disadvantage of each? And what is most preferably for a user who's big on camera and music/sound feature. Thanks for those who will comment back.

Hi can any tech genius please help me whenever I m clicking photos on flash mode on my phone getting off than I have to remove battery n than switch it on any suggestions how can I fix this problem.. Apart from that phone is extremely awesome I don't want to change my phone because of silly problem. Please help

There is a setting on the S4 named 'Adapt sound' that not many users bother with. You will find it under Settings/Sound/Adapt Sound.
Before you start setting up Adapt Sound on your Samsung Galaxy S4, make sure you're in a quiet room and that you're wearing your headphones properly. Now go to the "Settings" menu, tap on the "My Device" tab and hit "Sound". The "Adapt Sound" setup guide is the option down at the bottom of the list. Open it and then hit "Start".
What you're about to hear is a series of beeps played at different frequencies. Confirm if you can hear the sound, even if it is barely audible, or tap "No" if you can't hear anything at all. Don't be surprised if you can hear all of the beeps or if you can't hear any of them – results depend on both your hearing and on the headphones being used. Also, note that the test tones are played through either the left or left audio channel as Adapt Sound adjusts each of them separately.
Once the setup process is complete, you'll be asked to select which ear you use more often during phone calls. Yup, Adapt Sound can improve the in-call audio quality as well! Hit "Done" and you'll be all set! The Adapt Sound will then be turned on when you're listening to music via Samsung's music player application.

dont buy i9505 if you are an audiophile.

AnonD-33543, 21 Sep 2013Im not satisfied with the audio quality of this phone .... You must be using i9505 or the snapdragon version and as I stated earlier it has some problems at certain frequencies. The i9500 has best in class music output though due to wolfson DAC.

note 2 is great screen and not over heat and the battery is very very good the sound on both of them are clear

Belkin makes good stylus for any capacitive touch screen. check respectIve country's online shopping websites and search for it. indians can look for it in ebay.in and flipkart.
