GS4 can only be regarded as the best if it works properly. Even the term "best" is a subjective one. It depends whether the phone satisfies your needs. It can be said that for now GS4 is potentially the most technically advanced phone on the market but....that depends on whether it functions reliably or not. Are we really to disregard all these complaints and call them lies? I hope people are being honest when they complain. If they are, it appears that there is a serious overheating and stability issue that must be addressed. I just hope people aren't making up stories.
As for me I'm sticking with SGNoteII because I've got addicted to the bigger screen and the device is still pocketable even with the casing I have. It's worth buying trousers with decent sized pockets for the privilege.
Look at this page - desktop version - in landscape mode. 5.5inches looks far better than 5. In fact I believe the ideal size for pocketability and maximal screen is 5.9inches. So....all bets are on Note III.

all sg4 has screen problem. when you rotate screen and you open a white web page you will notice that one side of screen is darker than the other.

I had mine swapped and when i went to swap again i was offered refund or S3 or Note 2, i was not offered another manufacturers phone..I am not impressed with this handset it needs a big software update it gets too hot which is burning up battery there are lags or stutters and altho it does not concern me my mates are not happy about no full 16GB memory(usually equates to about 14.7GB). I have taken refund for now and gone back to S2.

S4 declare it has 16 GB internal memory but my fon shows 8 GB, r they lying to increase their sales !!!

My Galaxy S4 has an internal memory of just 8.71 GB, but I have seen on the specifications to be minimum of 16 GB ! Why ?

I want to b... morehigh end models being too expensive one wishes to be far sure before selecting a model for purchase.After lot of discussion I could freez myself on samsung note2. But when I reached the store I was also shown GALAXY S4. I was dam impressed by its performance and my frozen idea about note2 got melted.
