You should watch the video how they scratch its screen with knife, bread knife, keys, and coins but did not suffer even a hairline.

AnonD-115431, 06 May 2013you are a liar and u are a htc fan.. I saw ur comment in ht... moreWell, thats the fact and based on my s3 experience. If htc one is already available in my country, I'll give you my s3 for free:) i only bought s3 because of the on-the-go OTG connectivy which other phones dont have that feature, and fyi thats the only interesting advantage of samsung mobiles.

                - in addition, when you use other brand of charger, my s3 got nuts, the screen is so sensetive that i think that's the reason why they develop that new feature in s4 so called "IR gesture sensor for Air gestures" sad but true!

My Samsung Galaxy S4 Has Wifi Connection Problems......pls help me!!?
                      The Problem:
My S4 can't connect to the internet

What is happening when I try to connect:
                      1.
Obtaining IP Address....(It will literally stay like that for about 5 minutes or more)
                      2.
Can't connect to the network because the internet is slow. (What the actual ****?? I'm sitting on my room with the router in front of me! How can I have a slow internet? I can download a 1gb movie in less than 5 hours for god's sake!)
                      3.
Failed to obtain IP Address....(there slowly goes the trust i have for android products.

Things i tried to do and failed miserably....
                      1. Restart the router (I did this for like 20x already ad still nothing!)
                      2. Restart my phone (same thing happened
                      3. Factory data reset (did this 2x already and still the same)
                      4. Proxy Settings: Manual, IP Settings: Statics (no freaking effect!)
                      5. Tried to disconnect all the other devices that is connected to the wifi and only let my phone use it...(it didn't work either!!

                      PS.
1.Other gadgets and laptop at my house COULD CONNECT to the wifi EXCEPT my S4
                      2. My S4 COULD CONNECT to other wifi (malls, starbucks, my cousin's wifi) EXCEPT the one at my home.

aaanoi, 07 May 2013xperia z :)I was using both the XPERIA Z and the ZL yesterday. I can say the ZL has a very bad camera for indoor pictures.

They are both very unremarkable phones. The screen is quite dim even with the brightness up all the way. It's just your typical Android experience. After a while of looking at Android phones, they're all the same.

It is much better than what they had before. The Sony UI was horrible, now it is simple.

Although, it still lags a bit. XPERIA is OK but not better than the S4. The only thing that kills the S4 is the bloat of software eating 50% of the storage and the price. Other than that, it is the best Android.

I wouldn't get an HTC because HTC are notorious for being crap. Even if they dress it up in metal, it's still an HTC. I don't trust them.

If you care about features get an S4, if you care about the best apps that work almost 100% of the time get an iPhone and if you just care about Facebook and browsing and listening to some music and really don't care about Apps or features or anything else, get a Nokia LUMIA 720.

mastif, 07 May 2013Dear All, Pleaase suggest me which mobile phone to purch... moreA lot of people are asking which one to buy.

Galaxy S4 vs iPhone 5 vs HTC One vs Sony Xperia Z, vs this one and the other one.

The answer is actually quite simple.

                          1) You have to go in person and use them all, then ask yourself, what you are going to use your phone for? It may be that you don't need most of the features on the Galaxy S4. Who knows.

                          2) You're basically choosing between iOS or Android.

You can definitely compere the iPhone 5 vs the Galaxy S4. After all, the GS4 is a brand new phone and has a lot to prove. It may be that we will find out in the next few weeks that the phone has some serious hardware problems. Nobody knows at this point.

As far as the question iPhone 5 vs Galaxy S4, that all depends on what you want. Do you want to deal with Android or iOS?

GS4 has the most features while the iPhone 5 has the best collection of apps.

You could make the same argument about the Galaxy S3 and the iPhone 5. Which is better? The GS3 has more features, yes, BUT a lot of people with Galaxy S3 can't use LINE because they never get the messages yet it works perfectly fine on the iPhone.

or it works for people with some android devices but doesn't work for people with other android devices.

It is a fact. iOS has the most well developed apps.

Now, which one to buy? I would recommend waiting until December. By then the new iPhone and iOS will be out and all the other phones from other manufacturers and then you can choose.

Also keep in mind, do you really need the top phone from XYZ manufacturer? Do you really NEED all the hardware in the GS4? Maybe something like a Galaxy Grand will work just fine for your needs.

In the end it is a question only YOU can answer. Ask yourself, what do I want to use the phone for? and start shopping from there. Maybe a $300 phone will serve your needs just fine and dandy.

AnonD-143304, 07 May 2013Honestly the phone is a little too light in design, there i... moreLess weight = less impact and damage when accidentally dropped

Less weight = more comfortable to carry inside the pocket

Less weight = will not hurt that much when thrown and hit somebody. LOL!

BTW, do you know that it is only 3 grams lighter than S3? I mean what is 3 grams difference, they're almost the same weight.
And S2 is only 116 grams against S4 130 grams. Now which is lighter and feels hollow?

Come on, you are just trolling.

This phone is very fragile. My phone's screen has already developed two cracks by falling from just 2/3 feet and the side bezel is also getting damaged and all this with a back cover.

Every time you get a smartphone, put a screen protector.

ALL Smartphones scratch. All of them. Regardless of what they tell you.

Get a screen protector. It's invisible anyway. You'll be sorry you didn't.

You'll treat it like gold. It will live in fluffy feather pillows and one day you'll be looking at it and, sure enough , a scratch. You won't know how or when it happened, but there it is. And once you see a scratch; you will always see the scratch. Your eyes will go to it all the time.
