Update to the latest firmware ota. it solves battery issues and heating problems.Is flip cover really needed for gs4. Is screen guard really needed? I hav not installed as it has gorilla glass. But I have heard it gets scratched by sand.so do we really need screen protector or not.please help.

Out of 16GB the GS4 will how 8.6GB.
The GS4 has a lot of features and its the first phone I've ever seen with half the storage gone out of the box.
Here in thailand people are complaining about that.
Sad thing is, people won't use most of those features that are taking up space.

Honestly the phone is a little too light in design, there is no feel of being felt real or durable I would say.
Didn't like how it weighs, it felt so light, like it's a toy for kids. Too light like it feel somewhat hollow inside. Not a compact solid feel you get on all other previous Galaxy phones. Grabbing it from a day to day basis makes you feel clumsy,like it has so soul to it. That feeling.
Otherwise in Spec, Screen, and performance fantastic!
In terms of weight I prefer the S3 or S2 they feel solidly refine that feels right!: Yes your brain tells you that's a Phone not a toy(like this one- S4)

AnonD-81051, 07 May 2013one more thing in e-mail go to setting then font size chan... moreemail is quite reponsive to ai view...but d least senstive is s-planner....just doesnt respond to airview at all...

I got mine 6 days ago in white colour. So far so good. Only problem I've faced is screen over heats near earpiece some times.

AnonD-142445, 07 May 2013no no sir...i mean i think d ai view isnt dat sensitive....... moreone more thing in e-mail go to setting then font size change it to Normal , yours would be set on Small , i have video ringtone that plays is assign to my contacts and ringtone for unknown numbers with no lag i bought this app from the app store name Video caller id this app works great with Air Browse by waving my hand over the screen to answer the incoming calls , good luck

ad, 07 May 2013Plastic phones looks really very cheapyea even i had my iphone 4 got chipped off from all sides when fallen from a 5' height n from that day i swear it never to get an iphone again... plastic is comfort... for some its cheap... for me its great...

I have BlackBerry Z10, iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy S4. And now I need to get Windows Phone 8 between Samsung Ativ S or Nokia 920. But I think among all Samsung Galaxy S4 is the best!

AnonD-142445, 07 May 2013no no sir...i mean i think d ai view isnt dat sensitive....... moredo you have Webpage magnifier turn on under Air view , if yes then go to back to your e-mail and try pointing your finger just a lil past the e-mail you want to read , God be my judge am doing it now with no problem , i practice everyday and night i want to master these features in front of my friends , hope that helps

AnonD-24964, 07 May 2013Hello sir.....goin by d previous comments i assume urs is a... morei use my Galaxy s 4 base on my day , music , internet , video games what ever non touch feature is needed i use . like for example i would go to music player by touch then when the music starts playing i would use Air Browse by waving my hand to go to the next track , Webpage magnifier and information preview , i use Smart scroll on internet , Air call -accept wave my hands over the screen to accept incoming calls , am not saying that there is no touching with the Galaxy s4 but i love the non touch features more

hey i just got d new gs4 octa version 5 days back....i m a lil concerned though...battery isnt dat gud but may be dat is due to my continous usage it came to 50% within 2.5 hrs..3g,all features were on.....n the "air view" always requires to tch d screen once n only den starts working...anybody had same observation??i even had a scare moment when it stopped responding once dre was a msg...THE UI HAS STOPPED WORKING...but rebooting set it right...guys do share UR EXPERIENCES abt "airview" n battery....THNX

Update to the latest firmware by kies or Odin. After this update the heating issue is not there and also some issue. I9500xxuamdk which is being released recently.

Have been a htc user for about 5 years but opt for the s4 and loving it with only 2 complaints which are important to me 1# why doesnt samsung have auto text adjustment on web pages??? Zooming in and out to get it perfect is so annoying on s4 compared to the htc sense 2# when viewing photos you have to hit a button to change from portrait to landscape instead of just rolling phone, so so annoying :( other then that good phone samsung

Today i fortunately had a hands on experience with the Gaint S4 but to my surprise i couldn't find it more interesting :(
same like S3 disappointing :(
