My Device model is GT I9505 S4. i can't find my software update option in About Device. so i can't update my "OS" can any body help me how to enable or show this option for update.

Alon, 06 Nov 2015I need a new cell phone and I looked for the gt-i9515, Blac... moregot one 2 days ago. excellent phone only the battery life is a bit too short but i will replace it with a new one since this is a used phone .
Its running 5.0.1 and if anyone knows how to fix the battery life problem then i would appreciate it very much. Already tried a factory reset and didnt work

I bought it 2 years ago. the last 4 months I had some problems. first can't find (non-registered network) and as I shaw in youtube that has to do with problems in sim connector. 2 weeks ago refuse to open 2 times but after many hours opened. since last week it is dead.

Alon, I recommend you to look at Xiaomi mi 4c. About galaxy s4 - it's really good smartphone too, black edition has very cool design. But all modifications of galaxy s4 have very fragile screen, and as for me, this phone is a little outdated for Q4 of 2015.
yurikovic, the difference is in 1) used SoC: I9500 based on CPU Exynos 5 Octa 5410 and I9505 - on CPU Snapdragon 600 2) in supported network technologies: I9505 supports GSM, 3G and 4G(LTE); I9500 - only GSM and 3G.

i had a sony xperia z1 it was good phone but with lolipop it get overheating too fast and batery was poor.when i change from xperia z1 to s4 i have been pleased the best phone i ever used

well i upgraded mine to 5.0.1. it took about 2hrs for the upgrade.. ma phone was overheating with the kitkat. now its running fine. but the battery is dying re fast.
