I have i9505 two years and 6 months w/o complains. Heres how to get the best out of your Android phones :
1. Root the Phone
2. Install Titanium Backup
3. Go to Settings - Apps - Running Apps
4. On Titanium - Freeze those running & unnecessary Apps.
5. Finish. & Enjoy your Fast Android Phone.
Heating & Battery drain problem? You're using a quad core processor w/o fans. What do you expect? Buy a spare battery & just remove & swap.

Anonymous, 08 May 2015the ota lollipop upgrade was rolled out in the philippines ... moreI've upgraded my S4 to 5.0 last week, after the update my phone seemed to have battery issues. What i did was factory reset my phone and now it works fine. :)

the ota lollipop upgrade was rolled out in the philippines a few days ago. imho, the said upgrade was more like a downgrade for the s4. battery longevity is down atleast 25% and the phone now have lags. aesthetically, lollipop looks nice but its far from great performance wise.

my samsung galaxy s4 i9505 was updated last month to android lollipop 5.0.1 here in the philippines..its very nice and vivid like a new phone!!:))

I bought my phone from UAE and it still on Android Kit Kat. Any one knows if I can upgrade my S4 I9515 to Lollipop? I am not getting an option to do it on the phone (over the air).

Anonymous, 30 Apr 2015why my unit can't update to lollipop. im from philippinesim from the philippines too....but i actually got my firmware updated and got it upgrading to a computer not the phone.....and you should really get that phone to lollipop,because it changed my whole settings...its actually great by the way ......and if your having troubles ,ask a technician or google it on how to update it ......i actually got mine updated by a technician , had to spend money but it was worth it??

Well i have s4 having problem of auto rotation. It rotates 360 degree but not at 180 degree. How can i solve this problem?
