hkhkkk, 27 Apr 2015you have 9.57 gb from 16 gbi want to downgrade from kitkat to jellybean because the issue of ext sdcard.and there are many issues in lollipop so i cant upgrade.sorry samsung very bad lollipop.maybe when lollipop whith touchwiz i will update my i9505.

I got lollypop 5.0.1 last week on my galaxy s4 19505, I just got another update 385 my. With built number 19505XXUHOD5 any idea what it was phone still running 5.0.1

S6 is also a worthy successor but s6 edge has a better design and looks more attractive...
Got my S6 edge on Friday...it's just awesome...this is the next generation level...

got it figured out. need to change settings to see notifications and music control whike locked. go to Settings>MyDevice>Sounds&Notifications>WhileLocked

cant see notifications on status bar when phone is locked after the update.

I update my I9505 on Lollipop, 2 issues i have notice 1st is battery drain very fast in Lollipop (however its nexus 5 or s4 result is same) 2nd issue is after upgrading i am facing problem in continous connectivity with wifi many time it disconnect automatically i am facing problem during downloading huge files overall Lollipop is nice version. However s4 not lags so much on Lollipop it little bit lags. Is anyone facing this problems? If anyone know how it can solve then kindly also tell me. Advance thanks..

so far there's only one issue with the upgrade (at least on what i encountered) music control on lockscreen is not present. need to unlock the phone and access the music control through notification panel or by opening the music app.

what is better lolipop or kitkat? for those who have instaled lolipop i want to ask does phone have lags.someone says in lolipop batery life is worse and takes more ram.

How to root?
First enable USB debugging option in developer options
Go here and download these files and extract these

1. After that run Odin
2. Power off the handset and put it in Download mode by pressing and holding down the Volume Down, Home and Power buttons together. After a warning screen appears, press the Volume Up button to enter Download mode
3. Run Odin3 v3.09.exe as an Administrator while the phone is Download mode, and connect the Galaxy S4 to the PC via USB cable. If connected successfully, a message showing “Added!!” will appear in Odin’s message box
4. Now, click on the AP button, and select the CF-Auto-Root file which you extracted
5. In Odin, check the “Auto Reboot” and “F. Reset Time” options
6. Click on the Start button in Odin to begin the flashing process
7. Once the process is complete, the Galaxy S4 will restart and a PASS message with green background will appear in the left-most box at the top of Odin
After that you will install this application "Advance Signal Status". When you will run this Super SU will ask permission. You will allow permission and after that you may use this application

the update is 1063Mb in size and need to have atleast 1.5Gb to 2Gb free memory to download and install it.

I bought s4 at&t software unlocked version to use it on other network. I have problems as frequently a security alert appears saying unauthorized actions have detected...... how can I disabled that application moreover when I try to use YouTube an error message appear network problem.. Pl anyone know how to remove these bugs....
