i have an update 4.4.2 kitkat for this smartphone in philippines last feb 7.. the update is not stable i really hate what happen to my email(outlook) always lag and my keypad in this certain email is not working properly and also in some browser is lagy....please fix it.. thank you

Hi s4 user i have s4 i9505 my network signal is loosing when in lock mode lte/wcdma/gsm but when in gsm i has network signal what could be the problem thanks in advance...

Hi there guys. I know you are all sick and tired of always reading this question...but I'm from Portugal and in here, Nexus 5 b(16gb) is at the same price as S4 (I9505) unlocked. Which of those would you advise me to buy? I use it mostly for text messages, Facebook, moderate web surfing and some Play Store's game playing.

AnonD-112758, 08 Mar 2014I think bro it is a hardware problemThank you for the response. i suspect the same thing. i have tried everything at my disposal. i bought a year's warranty from PLEMIX (Hong Kong) and hope they honor it! i have other phones Note 3 to use but boy it crapped out and could not make calls or receive and I was 1100 miles away from my home. this is very disappointing.

I have an unlocked S4 and can't hear the person on the otheerside and they can't hear me. I hear initial call sound but after that nothing. I tired using microphone and that has not solved problem. i have hard reset the phone the several times without good results.
Anyone with information please comment.

Before upgrading to kitkat as always they adviced us to backup our data and apps and games.. after backup you need to do a factory reset to have a clean os before upgrading to a newer version.. we reset to minimize conflicts and bugs due to third party apps we installed.. after reset download the kitkat update and install it.. then get data you have backup..
