press options then edit.
get into call alert type(press the centre button.
you can find lot of options. select melody and vibration.

i need to know how do you deactivate the security codes for my messages and fonebook, cos i tried and it says wrong pin all the time

kelly , 23 Jul 2009does anyone know how to put download music on the memory ca... moreThe memory card is used for storage only. You can't use anything on the memory card as ringtones or wallpapers. You need to move anything you want to use from the memory card back to the phone memory. Go to "My Files/Music/" & then either "Music" or "Memory Card" depending on where the file you're after is. Select "Options", & there will be "Move to" or "Copy to" options available. It will then give you the option to tick all the files you want & move them across. I've only had this phone a couple of days, & that's my experience so far. Hope this helps.

just wondering whether anyone knows the answer but i put my 1gb sd card in the j700i and for some reason i cant view most of the pictures. is this to do with differnet resoution etc?? not all of the pictures were taken on my old 5mp samsung soul they were picture i put on the sd from my computer but my samsung soul let me view them all so why doesnt the j700?? thanks...

Hey guyss..i purchased this phone yesterday and its design is jus awesome. great phone at the this price. but i m disappointed that the phone doesnt supprt downloaded themes. can someone pls tell me where i can find them.

Is this a tri-band phone?
I bought the phone in India ,but I am going to US now, and I don't wana leave the phone. I'd like to know if it would work in US as well.

I had this phone for one year its not bad but now I have a display problem the display picture is getting (how to say) diagonal :D Can any1 help me?...I'm thinking of switching to W580 or K770i...Sorry for my bad English thoug :)

I bought this phone because it has good specs. I've had REALLY big problems connecting to the Internet with it though. I also didn't know before I bought it that you can only download games and applications via WAP (& when you can't get online with it, you're stuck). This problems obviously affects any picture messaging you do or emails you want to send (all done via WAP)
The pictures aren't bad, but don't expect too much from the 1.3 Mega Pixel camera.
I have to say that, if I had known about the WAP problem & the limited game/application use, I wouldn't have bought this phone.

This phone is amazing! My first ever phone and I still have it! It doesn't have much memory but you can always buy a memory card! Brilliant phone!
