I've also noticed that this phone is excruciatingly slow when navigating through the contents (at least photos) on the 2GB memory card. Also, I think when a memory card is installed, the default location for photos should be on the memory card, not the phone. I mean, why else would someone install a memory card?!

I tried to download some photos, which had been taken with a 5mp digicam, from my PC to the memory card to use as wallpaper. I can view the photos while the phone is still plugged in to the PC via USB, but when I tried to view the photos from the phone, the file wouldn't open, and a message pops up that says "Not Supported Content". My guess is the phone cannot read any file over a certain size. Am I correct?

How do you change the font size of the text message? I only see font size for dialling settings. Please help. Thank you.

I've been using this phone for a few weeks now - and thought I would mention this - this mobile phone can BLOCK UNWANTED MOBILE NUMBERS from sending sms messages. It is accessed in the settings menu - message settings > sms > then option "2" block number. You can then enter a mobile phone number that you want to block from sending sms messages. I've had a problem of unwanted texts and had to change my regular mobile phone to this one - and so far it works! I just thought I would say something good about this phone!

Get a memory card reader - it's like a usb stick that you put the memory card into - then put that in the usb port of your laptop. - You won't need any drivers that way.

Hi, im thinking of buying a Samsung J700. But one thing im worrying about is the screen, for its only 60+K.. my current mobile has 256K... Is the screen actually good? I mean its big and all... but how about its resolution? And how do you find its cam and viddys? Clear enough? 10x.

hi i have just bought a pink samsung J700 and have found everything ok apart from...the wallpaper background keeps changing from the one i picked, can anyone tell me if this is a fault or if there is something i need to do t stop it changing?

option, then press options button and select edit and scroll down to voice call ringtone

Useless Phone. Beginners may find it sexy, but...
Comprehensive specifications are unavailable anywhere, manual borders the primitive, keeps spitting error messages (like bit rate not compatible)but doesn´t say how to solve the problem, the pits, Samsung help is not existent (no reply to ANY email). I´m rushing to have it returned. Samsung? Not me, thanks!
