aj, 17 Nov 2011i've to say this phone is amazing, i've used it for two yea... moreBecause the flex foil, which ensure the connection of the dial pad with the display is more likely damaged. I have experienced the same with one of my older Samsung phones. This is the weak point of the slide phones.

i've to say this phone is amazing, i've used it for two years now but i had never exprienced any problems with it till of recent when it started behaving funny, the butons dont respond, why???????????

bernard, 16 May 2011my phone has no sound,when i receive call i can't hear anyt... moreto BERNARD,try my advice...turn off ur phone,remove the sim card,turn iut on again,once u heard the sound of the phone,turn it off and put back the sim card again and the sound will come back...i have encountered the same problem,but now i know what to do...

CAZZA, 24 May 2011Can you please help i have a Samsung J700i and it was worki... moreall you have to do is turn off ur fone and remove ur sim card and then turn it on,once its done,turn it of again and put back ur sim card and turn it on again,and the sound will come back...i have experience the same problem,but now thats what we have to do..try it please,it might help...

i've used sghj700 for almost 9 months now,it works well with operamini reborn and i especially enjoys it in this aspect,but lately i've been having some problems with my phone ie,when i try to open a pdf of more than a 100kb,it tells me, not enough memory document may be truncated,but i've a whole lot of memory space.please help!!!

ill tell you how to install nimbuzz
first type this *#52828378# and go to OTA test
change 300 to 1000 (max jar size) or more depends size of the app you install, press save and go to memory test and change 1000 to 3000 (Java heap) if it freezes when you open app make it less than 3000 and save, after that install nimbuzz from your phone browser
(to make sure that you're installing the right version) my english is not good and i dont know if i made some mistakes, sorry about them if did.

I have had this going on for 2 years now and the battery isn't holding charge anymore. Also finding the setting to change your message tone isn't easy at all, when you select a tone to 'set as' it doesn't give you the option of choosing message tone.

In fact, it can play music in the background. You have to just go into the music settings, and there you will find an option: "background playing" or so. I had this phone a long time ago, but i still remember that there is a way to play music in the background.

Internet is not working properly and if worke then very slow. Opera mini and Bolt browser are also not working in this mobile.

J700 is my second sumsung! All with a flex cable problems! I am not even sure to go fix this one or never go for any sumsung mobile phones! the cost a high for repair! Rather go Nokia as seems to be the best on mobile!

Owned this phone 18 mths.Photo and video quality very poor net browsing on 2g is a joke flash not supported. loud speaker stopped working can't hear phone calls or music no sound at all . But what do u expect 4 36 quid .

wow this j700 is good when browsing but, the battery is not well made, i mean is not less than 30mins,and also the keypard were really bad,and i try to change the flex still yet is still doing the same thing
