I wasted my money buying this phone. I have never used the thing even for one call because it always hangs up or turns itself off. I fully charged the battery, but it does that. Its a bad phone. I cant recommend it to anybody, even taxi guys.

the flex of this phone is not durable if the flex of this phone is already broken do not attempt to repair it because the problem will be back again and again

The phone is a dissapointment, the flex wire is not durable! I had mine replaced 2x already...

my concern is about my video time length. i uploaded a video from the internet having an hour of full length view. but my phone only plays 10 mins of the uploaded video. i've tried changing the settings but still the same. is there any other solutions bout this problem?? tnx.

how much actually do u charge for repair of this model? i went to a mall very recently and had gone through four shops. iv had this phone brand new and will turn two years by october. they all said it was a 'FLEX' problem. can i have ur opinion so i can hav this fixed ASAP. thank you very much and more power.

This phone a mess, the FLEX wire is always broken, and the camera is very weird sometime its always green but sometime its just fine, the max video is just 10 minutes.

stranger, 29 Apr 2010samsung is very very not good. very easy broken. i hope if ... moreI have this phone but the answerng buttons dont work and I have to slide to answer incoming calls and cant read my smses if the phone rings while slide open damn I miss that call. this phone disappointed me bigtime coz its a very smart phone

I got this phone and it didn't last for 1 year. I had it fixed for like 3 times and the same problem just occur again. FLEX wire. This phone really sucks. NOKIA slide-up phones is the sturdiest and has durable FLEX wire.
