am thinking of getting the P310 ,can anyone provide the info as to whether i can set MP3 as ringing tone or msg alert tone.thanks a million ya!~

Can anyone tell me if this phone can play mp3's or other sounds thru bluetooth headset or it can only play music thru regular handsfree with cord.

Does this phone has to have A2DP to play music thru bluetooth?

Any help would be apreciated

I just want to buy a phone that can play to music thru bluetooth, i hate having wires.

If not this phone which phones can do that.

im beginning to think my case battery is dodgy. the phone gives me a solid 2 days + if i charge it alone over night.

Beautiful phone. but the battery does not seem to be lasting long. Some-one please tell me how to increase the battery usage. Another thing that was a pain was the keypad tone which was not activated. But I realised that that was due to using quill / sticky mode. Thanks to information in this site I got to know of this,

Simon: I know that :p its the mechanism - its pretty tough to press down and then find enough fingers to pull the phone out.

you do know that to remove the phone from the case- you tilt the phone to the side, not forwards??

thanks for the ringer se23 :) just tried it. its very loud and i have to set the audio to min, but it does a great job with ring + vib.

Has anyone from the USA gotten the internet to work on this phone? I have a unlocked P310 on the Tmobile network but cannot connect to the internet. Are there settings to change in the WAP connections or GPRS? I've looked all over the net and cant find anything.

Dude cheers for the boosted Tone - perfect for when working on site and a grest one to P!55 every one off in the libary! nice. I like the NexTelmmf one for every day (I think it suits the style of the phone - how sad am I lol).

It cant vibrate with mp3 rings. Only with midis, mmf.
Yes it's speaker is good enough :)

You can easyly make your own midi's to vibrate... only 30 seconds. Here is how ;

Find and Download " PsmPlay 5.5 " and start it. Then open your midi ring tone.
Go File > To SMAF and as we are exporting to 40 poly select SMAF 40Poly. Once this screen pops up, you're almost finished. By checking the Vibrator box you add vibrate to the mmf file.
Save it and send it to your phone. Thats all :)
