I have this tab but sadly it doesn't have gorilla glass.im using a screen protector to protect it's screen. I've been using this tab for a month now and it's really amazing phone tab. The screen is gorgeous especially when watching movies. Once its updated to ics, it will improve its performance. I suggest you buy this tab, you will never regret.

i need a full feedback on this tablet and on the galaxy note and an advice whether to get which of them ..i previously had an iphone 4..so which of them should i get inorder to feel a difference and a sense of upgrade???

Best tablet I've ever used, it will be perfect on ICS.

The Tablet which i have does not have an Infrared port and the same case is with 7.0 also be careful with previous review..... samsung failed to give an Infrared port in India I belive...

Tab 7.7 is wonderfull, and it's very good for the internet browsing and book reading, the touch is very near to the IPad touch.

Has samsung addressed the super amoled burn in problem in galaxy tab 7.7? alot of users have noticed screen burn in their tabs specifically in the area of the task bar... I myself have experienced this after just 2weeks of use... you don't actually see it in normal use, only when you use an app that lowers screen brightness like "screen filter" and view predominantly white pages. the task bar leaves a yellowish stain if you switch page orientation....

my note can be updated via Keys, today i tried conencting my tablet everything works except it sais it can not update the firmware possibly to the ICS.
is there, or, have i missed something other then ota to update it

After 4 weeks of using tab 7.7, I can notice the following:
Touch screen is not good as the ipad
The devicce is shout down after i leave it for few minutes
Sluggish,
Auto rotation not responding quickly (sometimes no responding at all)
Many Apps not compatable with this device
Camera quality less than expected
I hope ICS update will resolve the above issues

So, the application will work only wi... moreYeap the S pen has a specificnfunction on a specific program. I am not aware that there are progrms that is thesame with the galaxy note. I think S pen is for the galaxy not ang the 10.1 note and yes you can use any pen on tab 7.7.
One more thing, if you are on designing and stuff like that galaxy note would be perfect for you. You can edit pics though in tab 7.7 just download the photoshop touch.. Just google it.

Is there any application same with at note for 7.7??
Tab 7.7 will work with anymode pen stylus, but not same like note use the s-pen?

my friend is using the 7.7 to make phone calls like a normal phone. i.e. stick the tablet to his face during the call, so i can confirm it works with voice calls and sms.

mj, 01 Apr 2012my local retailer said that u cant make calls like a mobile... moreI got mine a week ago... the display is simply breathtaking! and YES YOU CAN MAKE CALLS AND SEND TEXT MESSAGES LIKE YOU WOULD ON YOUR REGULAR PHONE!!!! it is not a perfect device! but I am very happy with it! super fast connection, no lag, setting options have great improvement from the previous galaxy tabs, very intuitive interface! LOVING IT!!!!
