Frnds 1 more thing dat is when ever i rechaged my phone 2 rs deducted 4m my account and 2 mess goes to d 2 particular phone no which we given on Mobile tracker. i cud nt understand d problem..every recharged my 2 rs wil deduct. pls tel me.

Soham, 25 Jun 2009did ur phone come with a stylus or not???yeah my fone came with a stylus but there's no stylus compartment built into the phone. u've to carry it separately.

Hi, i got my star 4 days back.. the phone is working very well, no s/w glitches and no issues with reception or sounds level... touch wood.
although i had a problem with my battery cover, some how the battery cover grove on the cover and the phone body got damaged due to which there is a visible gap between the cover and the body. i took it to the service center, they reduced the gap by scrapping some material off the cover but the gaps is still there. and they say its not covered by the warranty. its alright i don,t mind spending to get this baby fixed.
i just wanted to know that whether it is possible to change the inner body of the phone ( where we put the sim and the memory card) since the cover grooves are present there?

I have flashed the S5230 (S5230XEIE5) firmware on my S5233A and also I flashed the lattest S5230 firmware S5230XXIE7 which was released in May 09, but only difference is S5230XEIE5 you can install JAVA games, just a single click on JAR file. But did not find any call recording option in both firmwares. I also extracted the firmware and removed the default ringtone and wallpapers and added my own favourit ring tones, wall papers and widgets. I flashed the file and working fantastic.

I bought s5233 on 26th may. 1st thng is dat d sound quality is not good. 2nd is dat whenever i m on net at dat time i cannotwatch my messages,aftr disconnect i can show mess. but i hav sgh-j700 also n i can watch my mess when i m on net.. so if some 1 has ne solution den tel me. 3rd i cannot disconnect net widout pressing d end key in a click.,but sgh-j700,sony,nokia hav dat option to disconnect in a single click. but many of softwares support dis handset. i hav downloded operamini,ucweb(5.1 n 6.3)teashark,maji player,kd player,glass player etc. if ne 1 can solve my problem dan i wil thnkful 2 him

harith, 25 Jun 2009hii friends pls help me.this is my 1st mob.so dont know gre... moreI know of one indirect way to install files: there is a site www.davidpye.com where you can upload JAR/JAD files and then using GPRS/EDGE on your phone, download them per the webaddress you get once you upload to davidpye. Does anyone know of a direct way using PC Suite? pls help as this is leading to high GPRS charges

well ..i've tried 10's of games n some application softwares but it says "not supported"...
i tried the ones placed on mobilexpert.hpage.com but still results the same...
plzz if u could tell that did u simply paste the softwares in the memory card....or something special...?????

Btw .. Usually hardware for phones is the same, They just have different software for two variants.. S5233 & s5230 have 100MB I'm sure and If one were to open up s5233 they'll notice space for the stylus..
This is due to mass production..
Having one phone with 50MB and another with 100MB would not be price effective..

Dude try google calendar for birthdays..
Trust me its good..
They'll msg you n number of times (if you want) to remind you by sending a sms and it's good because it doesn't depend on your phone or sim.. It's free ... :)
