3.5 mm jack for samsung can be bought at greenhills shopping center.
Try to search at bridgeway shops or at the theater mall.
I'm sure you you'll find one..
I think it costs more or less 200 pesos.

Hmmm is good and cool but the WiFi is a really bad i've it for a week now and till now i cant connect to any network is soooooooooooo hard I think and im trying this and that and nothing
and about the camera isnt good enough, maybe cuz I had K800 with 3.2 Cybershot cam so sure no even space of comparison
in brief, Good mob fun but i feel wifi is a big mistake they should release another firmware to avoid all of this problems and complications

bianca.philippines, 10 Feb 2010wait guys.. include nokia 5530 on the list.. so what ... morestar-wifi exactly fit your specifications! it fits my pocket perfectly, it's flat and has a sexy feel in touch! although, the only downside i'm encountering so far is the lack of at least an LED flash!

I'm planning to buy a phone...
But I'm confused..
I don't know what to buy...
I'm choosing on samsung corby pro, marvel & star wifi.
In your opinion guys, which is better among the three?
I'm really confused..
Here are the specifications for my ideal phone, pls do help me....
1. Obviously i want a touch screen phone
2. At least 3mp camera.
3. I want a sleek phone, easy to fit anywhere.. like on my pocket. (I'm afraid corby pro is to thick)
4. With wi-fi
5. User friendly.
6. Long battery life, because i do a lot of phone calls.
7. And lastly, i want the value for my money. I want a phone which is worth what i paid for base on the phone's features and specifications.

i'm kinda disappointed when i changed from a nokia e63 to a samsung s5233 wi-fi. the later is kinda slow in pickin up wi-fi signal and opening mobile websites... huhuhu... i surely miss my nokia e63...

--i talked to a direct technician for the samsung phones at Mall of Asia. and here's what they told me:
first off: open the wifi, do a search. once you've found your connection, just click on either "add" or "connect".
secondly: if there's a password on the connection, just type it in on the "network ...sumthin'"(sorry i forgot), after doing so then..; if there's none, just click on save then press the "back button". having done so, the phone will connect to the wifi connection...
it's either you get a prompt that you're already connected to the wifi or disconnected or the other prompts(such as "no response from AP", or "DNS failed");
third: if you get the prompt for disconnected, all you have to do is restart your unit, and just reconnect to the connection. you should then get a response that your unit is already connected;
finally: go to menu, browser, then browser-settings, then choose the connection you are connected with and then you're done! surf all you can!!
this is a bit tricky but if you follow this simple steps, you'll get along well! so far, after knowing these steps, i never had any problems with the wifi connections anymore!
if the problem for disconnection persists, or no response from AP, this would only mean that your spot or signal from the wifi itself is very poor, or there's just too many people using the connection at that moment...

can anybody tell me that which movie format samsung star 5230 supports,
Last time I have installed movie in memory card but player do not open it and gives the error that format is not supported.
