I got the set last day. camera was very good( white balance must be daylight for good pictures) Sound quality in speakers was very good. havent yet checked the headphones. the display is absolutely brilliant.
the menu interface is user friendly.

SKUD , 03 Jan 2010I wanted to ask u one more thing when i get messages it is ... moreit's all in the settings. go to settings > memory settings > default memory > then go to the settings for the apps and choose the desired mem. as for the messages, i'm still really confused myself, but when i got my unit, messages are automatically saved in the phone mem.
the default mem storage is always the phone, and you have to change the settings. it will only revert back to the phone as the default when you connect to the computer..well this is the case on my end everytime i connect. i dunno if this is the case with others, so when i connect to a pc/lappy, the first thing i always do when i disconnect is to put in the default storages...

I am planning to buy a mobile phone. Earlier i was using ASUS P525 PDA phone it was a bit bulky but considerably a very good phone I have recently sold it & thinking of buying a new phone in range of Rs.8ooo to 10ooo thousnad INR. My basic requirement are camera clearity with flash & Good sound, I have finalised 2 models Samsung S5233W Star Wifi & Sony T715. Please request your advice & valuable inputs on which model should I finally buy. Plz send ur valuable inputs latest by 10th January since I have decided for buying on Sankranti.

@apple: to change the message tone, you need to go to settings, then phone profiles. then tap the arrow beside your preferred profile..from there, tap the drop down arrow, select new message and then tap on the message alert tone. then you can either choose from the default tones or from your downloaded songs. :)

I got this phone last december 26 and it was a great buy for me... Good sound quality.. Nice camera.. and the people who are sayin that there is no zoom there is while in camera press the volume buttons to zoom in and out..
