S R, 26 May 2010I have bought a new phone about a month back. My phone hang... moreMonte Hangs.............??
this problem is common in Samsung Metro 3310. i have already posted one thread regarding this issue. one friend replied that samsung is not selling soap box.
even though monte is having better configurations but small issues like hanging, no QWERTY etc will make head ache for monte users. have u contacted samsung costumer care ??

I have bought a new phone about a month back. My phone hangs, ie, no keys work, after disconnecting a call, either received or dialled one, for some of the calls. The phone comes back to life after some time delay on its own. Has anyone experienced similar problem ? Kindly inform remedy.

Im getting this phone tomorow :)
Have been looking at all different reviews online and think its ace...might not have a qwerty keyboard but ill live with that. For the price its an awesome phone. YAY! Exited. x

leher, 25 May 2010I am not able to connect my samsung GT-S5620 monte to my pc... moreJust to confirm, are u selecting the connection mode in you phone as soon as you plug it in ur PC coz until you select one out of thre options in ur phone, PC won't detect it.
After plugging in you phone to PC just unlock you phone and then select one of the option from main screen.

1. can i access google map/gps in betw... moreplz use your common sense.samsung is not providing you a plastic box. they are providing u a nice trendy touch screen phone.It's an are reputed company. don't just follow what other r saying like this phone hangs whenever u cancel a call.

.i haven't faced it. u might be getting slow connection or u are just blowing it out of proportion.
Another reason can be that u want to promote i5700.

Dont buy this phone
internet sirfing is a just pain in the .....
I would recommend samsung i5700
it has android os,
800mhz cpu
and it costs just 12k
