Well i just bought this handset yesterday from delhi at 8500 and i am very happy bez of its touchscreen responce I recommend it if a person budget in under 10k Nice phone

I am not able to connect my samsung GT-S5620 monte to my pc . i have downloaded all is softwares and installed them .." samsung kies " bt it is not detecting the device. plz help me..

Rs. 10,000?? Is it in India? Coz I just read in newspaper that its price is Rs.16,700. Though I can afford it I dont have any problem. It's a phone which new generation wanted. I think I ll buy it. .bt my 2months salary ll go. Hehe :)

Cool features yaar. 100% recommended for anyone whose budget is below 10k. Very trendy design. Very responsive touch screen. And what not???????. Everything you just need for a new generation mobile. Its a phone dat is loaded with are updated features n u can buy dis frm The Moblie Store at the cost of just 9210,dat is much cheaper dan d othr stores.

both have almost similar hardware specifications but u will get monte at INR-9K and nokia at INR- 13.5K (INR-20K when it is launched).
in terms of software and applications nokia 5800xm is the best option. latest OS of nokia is more stable.
in terms of look nokia is like a brick.
everything depends on ur requirements. every six months new model will come in market with new specifications. monte price may go down to 6-7K and for a six month old monte won't get much resale value becos it lacks so many common features like QWERTY keyboard. 60-70% of the monte users may not use the features like 3G, wifi, GPS etc (same with other high end phones also)

i have some doubts
1. can i access google map/gps in between a call?
2. can i browse while audio player running in background?
3. i have read that monte hangs when disconnect a call
4. can i use this phone as 3G modem?
this phone has good features but i want to know that whether we can use these effectively.
