I just figured out i have to deactivate the motion tutorial to enabale the motion control. Now i can simply shake, flip, swing to the right/left in using the music player, fm radio, and other application. perfect guys, just do the motion. hahaha.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970I would definitley recommend Jet. Symban OS is very sluggish + the resistive screen in Nokia N97 isn't very responsive. And the price of jet is way lower than nokia N97.

I really dont have JET yet & just tried it in a showroom & waiting for XEII2.anyway in writing sms you can use both.

thanks, I already tried motion tuto... moreTo activate motion gate, you need to press and hold the motion gate button for 3 seconds. The menu will come out where you can choose only the left or right application (you can change the applications from the setting menu).
Just flip the phone left or right to open the application. For music player, tap the phone 2 times will play/stop the music. Flip it left or right to skip songs. Shake the phone several times to exit the application and return to desktop.

Omnia II is also good, but your pocket better be full of cash as this is a very expensive phone. It will surely empty your wallet. Though its as much as good as jet, or leads ahead, the display color is only 65K compared to jet wich is 16million colors, thus the omnia II cannot display true color gradient. You might consider that display quality is also important becuse that is where we look, we see, we do anything on the phone. if the display is crap even the phone's inside technology is great, still you wont feel it.
For me, the display is of great importance to any gadget like a mobile phone. its like the face of a person. Would u like the ugly face lady even it has big boobs and flawless body? I would not! I would prefer a beautiful face girl, with an average body. hehehe. this wouls similarly apply to a phone. the display should be good.
Also, if say you want to boast your phone to anyone, first thing they will notice is the display right. So Jet is one example of those.

thanks, I already tried motion tutorial. But i dont know how to apply it on the music player or video player, like the tapping to go to next song/video. I know how and what it does but my problem is how to apply or assign the motion to that application, e.g. music player.
guys, any help regarding motion control is very much appreciated, assigning or applying a motion gesture to an application like the music player.
