Samsung Wave has finally hit the stores in India. I was out on lunch with friends in a shopping mall when I enquired about it at an electronics store. They had it right there. However the dealer did say that he had only 2 pieces and Samsung has released limited stock.

Is available for around INR 17,500 (roughly US $ 350). Going to get one tommorrow.

              GPS Navigation:

I was a google map user before in windows mobile and iPhone and wan't really interested in Route66 at all. But I tried to download Route66 Sync and downloaded New Zealand map for free.

The GPS is working really well and it's as good as my Navman. Voice is loud and clear. The only thing it doesn't do is not talking the street names.

I would say, Route66 is many times better than google map actually and I am in love with it now. It's is indeed a full GPS navigation.

People said, it's only 30 days trial but it didn't say anywhere. When I download the map, it's said, "Get it free". But I found you have to pay for advance navigation, weather and other stuffs which I don't need.

Anyway, I have to wait and see whether it's free or not for 30 days.. fingers crossed.

Worth it or not? 99.99% of wave users will say "It's 100% worth it" . And the battery is the best in all smartphones which use touch screen and push exchange.

                        1. setting-->connectivity-->Mobile AP --> make sure mobile AP light is on and Tethering too.
                        2. find your wireless ap with any device
                        3. put the WPA key, the default one or the one you put it there.
                        4. that's it.

Note: internet profile is your UTMS internet. it's WPA therefore, older wireless cards will not work. or try ipconfig /release and ipconfig/renew
