hey guyzz...m vey much confused btween WAVE and WAVE 2..... plzzz help me out... m gng to buy within two days..... plz tell me... is BADA OS of WAVE is upgradable to WAVE 2 BADA OS v1.2 or not ??? nd tell me which is better ?? plz....

Hello fellow wavers do any of you have "Monopoly" app installed in BADA 1.2 ? Do any of you have installation problems?

brilliant phone! amazing screen and touch ,good sound quality (although i would have preferred sometimes a louder speaker), very intuitive , got a lot of nice little built in features that make it easier to use it (like swipe to call...) , good camera.
the battery - it's all function of the use and what's turned off. With wi-fi and bluetooth and local services turned off, brigthness set to 4, used the code to set it in AP AURT mode, a few full discharge cycles, 3g on ,and daily around 30 min's of talk and 20 sms's( + beeing at least 3-4 hours in a room with close to zero reception) and around 15 min's of wi-fi - my phone lasts about 4-5 day's - max so far was 6 days.
in pure gaming mode - it takes around 8-9 hours to drain the battery - which is a lot better then other phones like htc legend and so on...
applications - there are too few for my taste but the situation is getting better each day (fruit ninja - check, angry birds - soon)! and remember, it took apple about a year to build their app store...
one annoying little feature - when there is an incoming call it plays the ringtone the first few seconds in low volume (so not to damage the hearing in case it's next to your head) , and you can't turn it off. on the other hand, I never jumped because it startled me (if I had an incoming call) so it has it's advantages.

Help! Cannot access internet after updating my O.S to bada 1.2; Just received the error "service unavailable". I am having problem with the connection setup.Check on Singtel web site but still cannot find any solution..Does anyone encounter this problem ?

hard reset can solve lots of problems. to hard reset ur phone do the following...
1. Turn off the phone
2. Take the SIM-card out
3. Turn the phone on again
4. Write *2767*3855# and call
5. Afterwards this process, which can take a while, things should be back to factory reset (You will get back Asphalt if that was on the phone from start etc.)
6. Put in the SIM-card again
7. DONE

Hi All,
I am using Samsung wave for almost 6-8 months now and i am looking to buy a car kit for mounting my mobile to the windscreen so as to use the gps while driving my car. Is there any such accessory available specifically designed for this model, there is nothing on the Samsung India website.

what will bada 2.0 give us ???? what will be the different between 2.0 and 1.2 or 1.0 i think there wont be much different.

hey people i just manage to take video with my front camera, but i cant take picture with it, the slowmotion become fast motion when i used the front camera, the problem is i dont know how to use it again, after i restart my phone it change again to the normal camera,,,,, anybody know how change to front camera again ????please tell me ... tanx

before this,im using motorola droid..android OS..now im using wave s8500..its kinda awkward to us Bada Os cz the app is lesser than android..but,i love the HD games + 1ghz processor...fast..
but, need to add more app..free app..

Well, I've had this phone for a year now, and reading the specs, you could be misgiven for thinking it came out yesterday. It truly is a superb phone, but with zero support from Samsung, I'm going to have to say bye to bada. Still experiencing the same problems as the day I first powered it up: no shutter sound from camera, memory issues and so on. Rang Samsung that first week and they promised me the next update would address the problems. Where is it? Shame.

the best phone ever..... has all the features, incredible speed.. camera is awesom.. every feature in this phone is fabulous...
