To all pinoys, if you guys look at the wave page at Samsung Phil website, if you click the where to buy and dealer locator, there are some dealers on selected city like Makati, Manila, Baguio.. It's few, but if one of you guys are closer there, you could check it or call the store.. I'm not sure if they sell already, but since it's on the list, it's worth trying..
I've tried to call some, but i've called around 8 so as usual, stores are already close..

And I even ... morewell, i asked about 3-4 vendors and as always they go by their 6 pages of phone list and this phone is not listed as available. perhaps the two phones that bought there at vmall were used phones. lots of people coming from all over the world to shop at greenhills v-mall and most of the time they trade their phones to a newer one, etc. that's the reason why the 2 units that was purchased there has no warranty.

Hello, I have a question; if I buy Samsung 8500 Wave in my home country (Czech Republic), will it be able to display Chinese characters? Will I be able to compose messages in Chinese? Do I need to download anything? Thank you!

i have clicked the rfb icon in the features section then immediately started the download.. and immediately went to the my downloads tab.. did not encounter the error message anymore..
i think the error message has to do with the main app page..

Those askling for Dictionary - No Dict pre-installed but remember Wave is Jave enabled. There are lots of Java Dictionaries out there. Im using Telenor (Java Apps) and it works fine... There are dictionaries in UK store but for sale of course...
