Yeah, its illogical to compare a 'yet to be released' phone with a phone that has been released. Because you dont know how well a 'yet be released' phone gonna work. Specially about n8 because it runs (perhaps crawls )on symbian that is laggy.

Then according to your thoughts all those comments that have been posted before Wave's release date are foolish. So GSMArena should not allow any comment for an unreleased handset !!

Nobody seems to be hearing this but we need an answer! Has anyone experienced the problem i have in store with our 3 Wave handsets in that every time i use a media player such as youtube or bbc iPlayer, if the video is paused and the screen locks through being left inactive, the phone always freezes. Screen can be unlocked but nothing can be done and phone has to be reset

and also translate. if you use the translate option, you will redirected to google translate (using data access).
smart dial for names are not there. but you have app named "Smart Search". it searches everything in your phone (file, contacts, names, numbers, logs, bookmarks, histories, etc.)

ids, 03 Jun 2010based on the review it still dont have a SMARTDIAL feature ... moreit has a smart dialing features on numbers only. hopefully, it will come with names as well. (iPhone doesn't have both). Copy and Paste features exist.
Battery life should be good as it has a massive one. I think it can last at least 2 full days for normal use. Always on 3G connection such as push email and online chat apps will drain the battery very fast but it should easily handle at least a day.

based on the review it still dont have a SMARTDIAL feature of name contacts, same in the Jet. But it did not mention about the COPY/PASTE feature.
To WAVE users, do the device support COPY/PASTE feature? Battery life, is it ok?? TIA

I like Iphone but the price is boring... jeje When Wave was announced the scores were 9+. Look at the scores of N8 now (announced), nothing reaches 9 and when it is released, it won't reach 8. The only good phone Nokia has is the 3210 jejeje... Who wants World War III because of phones? Get it on!!!

Hello... Just change my old HTC Hero for the wave... I wanted either the wave or HTC Desire... Both fine phones though... Played with both of them... Surely will miss some apps for now on android... But one thing has got me convinced... The Super Amoled... I can't help looking at the wave all the time... Photos and videos can't do justice to its beauty... Those who already got the wave knows what i'm talking about...
The wave is very fast and rapid in operations... No lag at all... I changed my default headset for a klipsch image s4 and the sound is just wonderful and so powerful and crisp... Downloaded the first Iron Man BD version 3 gb and it plays just fine and the movie looks simply WOW...
Loving this phone more and more... There are little things that user will experience with this phone as they get used to it like fake call, increase or decrease vibration etc... SDamsung got it right this time... And it's my first time using a samsung and loving it...
All the guys saying bad about this phone are either fanboys or never used the wave or using old firmware... This phone is simply wonderful... The WAVE ROCKS.....

[deleted post]Dreams are good but the problem is they are not real...keep dreaming about N8 and keep predicting what it can do...the point is you dont have N8 and you dont even know when you will have N8 and you also dont know if at all you will be able to have N8...So no reason for you to be here talking about something which does not exist as yet...Got it???
