ajinkya, 21 Mar 2010i think that creating the bada os is a pretty smart move fr... moregreat and nice statement! i started to think that samsung would put this Bada into another platform (tablet for example), and your idea about mp3 player is great! i can't believe if they don't do that.

i think that creating the bada os is a pretty smart move from samsung. apple uses the iphone os on both iphone and ipod touch. i think all the apps work on ipod touch. microsoft has just made the windows phone 7 series. and the apps for windows should work on zune hd2 or whatever the new zune will be called. i am sure that samsung will launch a mp3 player on bada os so that the mp3 player will have all the apps on bada store compatible with it.
and think of the possibilities.
a samsung mp3 player with super amoled,samsung's own processor, bada os and the bada apps. plus samsung is known for sound quality and it has dnse.
it will be a real hard competetion for ipod touch.
and if there is an mp3 player with bada os, more developers will be interested in making apps for bada os. so, samsung will have quite a few number of devices(phones and mp3 players) running on bada os and developers can't neglect it.
this in turn will help samsung's own phones.

I'll tell you what's Nokia, Nokia is the number one mobile brand in the world. Nokia sells double the mobiles that samsung sell, Nokia is the brand that samsung dreams to be like one day ;)
This is Nokia and it will be always ahead samsung whether you like it or hate it but fact is fact so sorry.

People, what do you think will the BADA app store quickly grow? What is the future of Bada OS and apps. This is the only reason why I have doubts in buying this phone? The hardware, the performance just rocks :)
