They have put a code in firmware so that spoofed application will not load. They had released a special firmware upgrade for the same a few days back just for the hackers.

I want to ask all those wavers who hav upgraded their firmware to bada 1.2-->
im frm india and bada 1.2 will be here in another 10-15 days.i really want to upgrade my bada 1.0 to 1.2.but i hav many spoofed apps in my mobile.I want to ask will the spoofed apps work after i hav upgraded??
I will remove my microsd card and then upgrade my wave.Then howcome my spoofed apps wont work??

For your case you must be installed the cracked / hacked apps & games. After upgraded to bada 1.2 all your apps and games won't be working anymore.
If the firmware is upgraded through KIES (now is 2.0), it will not erase anything that you've installed on your WAVE provided all your apps and games is not cracked or hacked one.
Everyone should not worries about that issue if all your apps and games is purchased legally and not the one cracked / hacked.

How sad!! i bought some of my applications.. we rea... moreIf you downloaded your apps through your phone and not kies then go into the app store,pull up the menu and look in "my downloads" and all your downloaded apps including paid ones will be there.you just download them again,even the paid ones and you don't need to pay again.same goes if you got them via kies.

just got my samsung wave updated to 1.2 bada.. i lost all my applications saved on my memory card.. how can i get those applications back?? i checked the cards memory left and it did not change the last time i checked it when all apps was still on my phone.. what should i do?

here are the admin settings that ive change please tell me the correct settings...[6] dummy menu and [7] SERVICE configuration..
Ive a question also with regards to hard reset...does hard reset also remove those application that are installed by default? i mean those apps that are already installed on the phone before you buy it?...Im so disappointed with this handset in term of software stability...it bugs a lot...I tried to change some admin settngs because kies can't detect the phone.. also I can't upgrade via kiess because kies keep on telling me that my firmware is cant be upgraded..
