yea man, that is the only reason why i did not sell my wave.dramsrle theme is the most powerfull and most beautiful theme outthere, and i have tried them all.Just ignore jealous people

My wave switches on and off by itself,drains the battery very fast and at the same time the phone is hot and sometimes it hangs what could be the problem.

hey frieends .. i m in a little bit trouble..... my uncle lives in australia..... he is bring an unlocked wave s8500 wavee for me in india..... will it work here. or will it be blocked......???? help m pls.........

This phone really surprised me on how well it's made. That's not really Samsung's style in a very positive meaning. The hardware is perfect for a phone, it's extremely solid and the screen is the best known to the human kind ;) The camera is very good, the battery life is the best amongst all smartphones but you can drain it within a few hours if you play demanding 3d games. I use an Android handset but this phone really amazed me. Bada is not as customizable but it packs most of the best features and ease of use out of the box. The main downside would be the amount and quality of apps (and their price). Some are really great but I could count them on one hand (okay, two). Bada cup apps can amaze you even if you switched from Android though.

Anonymous, 30 Jan 2011I agree mate, it is one of the best and by my opinion the b... moredramsrle is an ugly theme,there are a lot of much better themes in mysamsungwave forums
and believe me it is nothing to be jealous of :)
please stop posting this ugly theme every now and then because this will give possible wave buyers wrong idea about the beautiful bada UI .

I just know that the gps is working OK as far as I can see till now (satelites, coordinators, speed, etc) and the strange is that it is working inside the building too without satelite reception and without sim inside!!! I can not explain this!

@S Roy... bada os performs well along android os. both r smartphones but diffierent & android is much developed os whereas bada is still new & will take some time to reach that state. but in performance wise it's equally fast in terms of touch response, user interface & so on...
@unu... NFC is only in nexus s. this isn't a google based phone...

Hi,
I bought this phone before 3 weeks and my first impresion is that the phone works very fast in everything .The only thing that bothers me is the phone restarts - from time to time for no reason . Otherwise the phone is perfect and about the RAM , it is 512MB for sure . I checked with a special gadget made for android but converted for BADA .

I hope you know that bada can't be compared with Android. Bada is not a Smartphone os while Android is probably the best smartphone os out there.
I will suggest bada IF you want Sucking GPS, No Applications and Never Upgradeable Software for your phone.

does it handle NFC(near field communication)? it needs some hardware for that, or is it just a software-enabled feature?
