SaMsuNg, 25 Dec 2010umm.. so ur advising me to go for bada OS?? bcuz it's eithe... morethe update for bada and symbian is coming in January so wait and then decide,remove 5800 from your list and instead add lg optimus one.
for me nokia is great company but I will never go back to symbian.

updated to bada 1.0.2 but didnt noticed any big change xcept the status bar when screen is locked and new ph update option in settings menu. is there anythng else which i didnt noticed???

found something out while playing round today.nothing great but anyway...when you go into logs through the icon or by hitting the call button and hold your finger down for a few seconds on "all" you get all the options on the screen at once and by swiping your finger over the different log options you can change the order of them.hit the screen agian in the middle where its black and they hide away again with the new order saved.pretty boring i know but thought id post it anyway.

bada is a great OS it has features not present in other os's but still there is no cracked apps like in android and iOS (few for firmware 1.0) and still missing some known apps (need some time to be ported).
my advice don't change from android or iOS to bada unless you are using two phones or you are willing to pay for your apps :)

Bu... morename the only 2 decent games that you only know and i will name more than 100 ;)
for me 30 % of samsung apps are excellent and you must have and 50% are good apps you might download if you want or need which leaves the rest 20% of apps not worthy for download IMO.
for changing to android ,you can can change now for froyo or gingerbread both are great but if you are going to wait for android 3.0 then you might be lucky and get bada 2.0 before it .

Wave is a great phone, and Bada easy and fast to use.
But 99 percent of Samsung Apps are really crap, only one or two decent games....I think Samsung will keep Bada only for low range phones (like Nokia keeps S40).
Next year Android 3.0 will be mature and i will change my Wave for an Android Samsung phone.

john, 25 Dec 2010hi, can u tell me how can i run youtube clips on my samsung wave?you can access the mobile version of youtube through youtube icon in the main menu ,if you want to run downloaded youtube desktop version clips on wave you have to change the extension from FLV to MP4 by using kies video converter .

i want to change the extension of a doc file to txt .i knw i can view a doc file and i also knw that i can change the extension in the computer.but i want to knw weather we can change the extension in wave or not.
