If you want to downgrade to bada 1.2 then download BADA 1.2 firmware from www.badadownloads.com and flash you wase as you have flash with BADA 2.0 but my suggestion is try BADA custom firmware prepared by NEXUS from www.badadownloads.com as these firmware is really stable and you can enjoy this firmware as i have flashed my Wave with the same and i am satisfied with this custom firmware.

i flashed my wave to xxla bada 2.0 and im not satisfied with the perfomance can anybody tell me how to downgrade again to bada 1.2 thanks in advance i will be waiting your reply wave famliy:-)

Most of the new and rare good games are now for Bada 2... And no sign of update for my Wave. What a stupidity ! Time to ditch the phone and buy Android. The Sony Xperia P seems wonderful. Cannot wait to get it and buy Sony after being deceived buy Samsung and Bada

hey abhijeet ev... moreRumors suggest bada 2.0 coming to india near march end. So bet on april. If u wish to flash now, try using a diff version of multiloader. Or u can wait for another month. Do remember, except gps improvement, bada 2.0 is only a cosmetic reshuffle. Everything else has worsened. But there r many games/apps available only for 2.0. Many r free now, but sammy might put a price-tag once official upgrade is done.

hey abhijeet ev... moreHi, here in Slovakia is XXLA1 official firmware. Im using this firmware for 2-3 weeks and is really stable but have some cons.
Games arent working properly - games have lags and sometimes doesnt load ingame sound (for example in Plants vs Zombies you cant hear the sound of zombies - BRAAAIIINSSS :),or the sound of taken coins), widgets are switching off itslef,
Taken photos have gray noise so camera isnt good anymore
you cant record video in HD to memory card (recording in HD works only with phone memory) becasue you get message: "Memory card doesnt support this type of resolution").
Themes with live walppaper (Im using ICS theme and tried more themes) are lagging
The most annoying thing is if you get message the phone doesnt shows name of sender (it shows only number of sender) so you dont know who send a message.
Bada 2.0 can use only 850 MHz of ours 1Ghz procesor.
This is everything I know from XXLA1 so I hope I helped you to decide to get this firmware.

What's happening here Samsung?
For reasons unknown, the center(menu) button just stopped working. A simple click used to bring me to the menu. Can't run Task manager by long-pressing the center key either.
The lock button is kind of unresponsive. I have to press several times before the phone reacts to my presses which is very annoying and a waste of time. It would have been better if the call/end keys can be used to activate the lock-screen.

i have installed multiloader v5.65 as told by WIL in post sometime ago, but, after opening the programme on my windows xp the buttons overlap each other and further more the download and port search button are only partially visible wch also causes the phone detection button with no icon
so therefore i cannot see if my phone has been detected or not
plseas do guide with this
do i need windows 7 to do this

If it eventually comes with 7-8 months delay, u gonna believe it will be a decent overhaul." What we actually got, just cosmetic rehash, few inbuilt features gone amiss, audio quality washed down the drain. Yup, gps stands alone a huge improvement. And some basic features eg custom equalizer, rar/zip/etc download support, voip still missing.
And abt pic edit, "i said, i dont use it, so not sure if its there in 2.0."
There blabla going around that 2.0 will come to my country in march, n it will b xxla1. So awaiting it.

zip was never a big problem for me i use uc web for that
yess i miss setting in music ...
ohhh dont tell that gps got a big upgrade now it takes just 1 min outside i was surprised coz earlier it was taking 10 min so now if im not happy then ok than sad
oh god my widgets never dissapeared till now...
yes i told i miss skype so is voip..
i wonder ur gps n widgets problm is not due to test firmware

I am Suggesting you to Flash your phone with BADA 2.0 Custom ROM prepared by Nexus. This Firmware has only 1 bug and it's really stable version of BADA 2.0 Firmware.You can download from www.badadownloads.com and for how to falsh your phone with BADA 2.0 so search this post you will file method suggested by Mr.Wil

This must be the worst smartphone I ever bought, if it can even be classified a "smartphone". Using this now for almost 13 months. I am totally disappointed in this phone. I moved on to Android, which just feels more matured in general. BADA totally sucks. I won't recommend this OS. It misses alot of the basics that other OS's have...

Even the official firmwares have a lot of bugs. You will always have to be careful using the options in the phone as the results are not always predictable.

there is a error 8001 sometime when i download application from samsung application incompatible oss update firmware to download application.... itsmostly when i download 3d games? how can i update firmware..

When i m click on navigation, one synchonisation licence query comes. anybody can say why this happen. and if i m click on "yes" is it chargable??????????

This phone is useless due to its operating system. I've regretted big time buying it. My primary needs were Skype, Windows Excel, good GPS software in India.
I've been waiting 1.5 years for a Skype app on Bada, and despite make news that its coming soon, it never came. Recently they made some cheap java app for Skype chatting and cheated the customers.
I can't install QuickOffice on this phone - another reason making it useless.
I can't install MapMyIndia maps on this phone, unlike any android, windows or symbian phone.
You will always feel left out by missing on the great android apps. Samsung has never cared for its bada os customers, never made any good apps for them.
Bada os is 5 years behind android marketplace.
