Wave from Samsung and N8 from nokia are the phone to buy. Great value for money.

Antonis, 12 Nov 2010Hello...The phone is very good, battery is great, touch scr... moreat the moment you cant change it.its a power save program the phone has so you dont get left with a dead battery while using apps. incase you need to make a call or something.although it would be good if it was from 8% or 5% instead of 10%.but mate if you can get a whole day out of a 10% battery you should be happy cos thats a damn good battery.

Just wondering if other people are finding that the black plastic part of the phone, under the "diamond" shaped menu button, is starting to crack - I have had my Wave for 3 weeks & there is now 2x cracks on that plastic part - Samsung Wave forum also shows that others in Thailand & Turkey are having the same problem, I'm in Australia....Is this a known manufacturing fault with the handsets?

A True Review:
This phone is the king of Multimedia and sound. gr8 screen quality, Build quality.
Only the short term concern is the growing APP store (but apps are growing at a fine pace) and battery [that sounds bad :-(]
All n all a great value for money.
had 24K (INR) budget and was about to buy Nokia N8....after waiting for WAVE for more than 3 weeks on order(I was about to cancel my order, Luckily i got wave for 18000INR a whooping 1200 extra ;-( ).....But the when the phone arrived in my hands.....i thought what i was about to purchase....N8 is gr8 value for money handset but ....
this phone (Wave) is from future . N8 has greater support from developers and holds a more mature OS but it has no life....
Welcome to future..... WAVE rocks.....
So do samsung...thankyou samsung
