oh nowaday my phone's memory error getting serious because half of my apps will show me "not enough memory ... please close some of the ........" but my phone just running 1 apps except widget .... what should i do beside doing a hard reset...... Help!!!!

very nice phone, a nokia fanatic says the N8 is d best? i don't think so, sorry to say sir, but just look at the numbers in the specs....wave vs. N8..
N8's screen pixels are no match to the wave and they both have a 3.5 inch screen.
N8 is so much bulkier and heavier than the wave.
wave has a 1Ghz processor compared to N8's 680Mhz...what a pity....
N8's only catch is its internal memory and it's camera and xenon flash...
if i want a 12mp camera, i'd buy a digital camera....

I have tried connecting to the internet via the wi fi connection in my office on my wave but it always comes up with a message "web site blocked by NETGEAR firewall" Any ideas what I can do??

all the other things .. net browsing, facebook app, youtube etc are working pretty fine..except for e-mail :(( Will check with Voda care .. I getting a feeling that they are blocking the packet data to the mail servers at thier routers..
They might have to unblock or activiate some idotic service to get it work ...

Well the Gmail is working for me .. for Karnataka Airtel
As soon as I entered the sim in the fone .. i received internet setting (am using Airtel Mobile Office) automatically. I provided the user name & password for the Gmail & could retrieve mails immediately.
In fact using gmail is very efficient as you can choose where you want to delete the mails downloaded only from fone or from mailbox in Gmail Server.. retrieve subject only & thn choosing which mail to retrieve fully with/without attachment ..

Guys..
I can see in my e-mail settings ..
Incoming mail server type : IMAP4 and it is non-editable. Is this the cause for not getting my gmail setup on Wave..??
any idea guys..
Pls some one checka nd let me know the incoming/outgoing server names used in ur gmail settings..

yeah i'm using this phone for the last 3 months now. a nice phone indeed. Bada is very good. but no multitasking. and yes samsung has stopped prodution of wave with super amoled screen as they are unavailable. i accidendly broke my screen and led. i has to pay rs 6000/= and full one month for repair. but i like my phone very much. photos and videos are better than most PnS cameras. music is rocking. GOD BLESS US WITH MORE!

I never faced such issues with my previously owned Nokia's..just enter id/pwd .. bingo..it worked..I had Sammy's (STAR & metro) before for a brief period of time..but never tried e-mail on them.
not sure whether it is the issue with Wave settings or network (Vodafone) issues..
have to find out .. :((((

SHREYA, 11 Nov 2010hey i am unable 2 connect my Wave to TV using my cable..m u... morefirst of all you must be on the right channel.i unplug my x-box (ext2) and then plug the phone cable in so wont show up on any other channel than that.connect your cable to your tv and then connect it to your phone with phone screen unlocked.if the screen is locked mine doesnt show any connection at all so make sure your phone is unlocked when you connect the cable to it.you should then get the option of earpiece or mobile tv.select mobile tv and you phone should appear on the tv screen.if that doesnt work then enter in settings-connectivity-usb and set media player as default instead of ask on connection or whatever you have set so when you plug in the cable it goes straight to the mobile tv option.i also have tv-out set to pal.im also using the same cable as you are so the cable is fine.try it and let me know if it works.

Do not ever call them sir/madam at first place.
ASK their full name.. address them with their FIrst name.
Never agree to what they say , Always demand more, If it takes an hour(which is highley Imposibble) to fix the issue. Demand for to get the work done in 10 minutes.
Stare them direclty in their eyes.
You just need to make them feel that they work their to help customers.

Reliance Digital fellow told me that he will get new stock in two weeks...
i did not tried in CTC(paradise), my freind told me that it is availble there...but not sure..
