gill, 27 Aug 2010m using 8gb card, but now my card has some bad sectors,some... moreIf there are bad sectors on your card then a hard reset is not going to do anything. It will only set your phone back to its factory settings (and in effect wipe your memory card clean)
It would give you the same effect if you connect your card in a laptop and format it in FAT32 format (atleast the same effect for the memory card). But I doubt if that will solve the bad sector problems.
I think those cards come usually come with a 5 yr warranty. Why don't you try and get it replaced ?
I am just saying that a hard reset will be ineffective in solving your problem.

New waver, 27 Aug 2010Could I ask though, why do you want to do a hard reset ?m using 8gb card, but now my card has some bad sectors,some of the applications i installed on card are not running, so i want to clear my card as well as fone from any unwanted thing.....................
is there any problem in hard reset ??

Do not charge your wave unless the battery is completely drained (less than 10%) for atleast 7-10 times consecutively.
This procedure will condition your battery.

Before I use my phone for the first time is it best to fully charge the phone or run the battery down and then charge?

hey every1, m facing problems with motion games, whenever i start nfs or asphault, my car starts going to xtreme right of the screen, and i have to tilt the phone fully to left just to make it straight. and another problem is the, m getting a memory full option, and no application runs. i have to restart the phone. plzz help me soon, or do i need to visit samsung service centre.

gulam, 27 Aug 2010Need a help Used the option to enhance audio quality of he... moreChange only the s setting 7 to 98 and 0 to 82 and see the music quality. you will definitely get the volume enhanced and quality will also be better when hearing throgh earphone.give a last try and if you are not satisfied you can change to default 58db where you will not get more volume through headphone
