why every body is after samsung wave comparing with big diched brands like iphone and ipod.I think these apple iphone and ipod guys lost their balance and depressed psycholagically.don't worry guys go to the near by beach along with u r iphone or ipod just throw them and get one samsung wave.believe me it will not ditch u r pockets as apple does.I love my samsung wave stop all the nonsense u r crappy games cannot be compared to wave.Games like asphalt look smooth on iphone because of low frame rate and inability of producing required trangles.The game on samsung wave will be very fast because it shows its ability of producing 89million triagles per secound.

The higher the class of memory card the quicker it's read and write speed will be. If you record HD video or take a photo is will save quicker on a class 6 card than on a class 2. If you are viewing video on a class 6 its less likely to stutter than it would on a class 2. Moral of the story is get a class 4 or above memory card. Of course there may be exceptions if your class 2 is from a good quality brand but generally the higher the speed the better.

someone posted here that the asphalt on wave is not as smooth as the one on ipod.. well i was curious ,i downloaded aspahlt 5 on my ipod touch 3rd gen 32 gb Jailbreak.. i installed and run the game simultaneously with the asphalt on wave. now to my surprise , i was quite disappointed because the asphalt on wave is really not as smooth as the one on my ipt, i noticed that the asphalt on ipod touch runs very smoothly, it can be compared to ps2 games. now what i did on my wave is i closed all the widgets , and try to run the asphalt again. but it's the same thing . i thought that wave has a same graphich processor as the iphone. but ot my surprise my touch beats the wave in terms of the games. what might be the problem here? now later i will try to downlaod need for speed shift for my ipod touch and will try to compare it again on the nfs on wave. but i doubt that the ipt version will run smoothly than on wave. i will try it and give my feedback later

wil, 16 Aug 2010hey..i need ur opinions guys..im planning to buy this samsu... moreif you like watching videos on your phone screen ,wave has the best screen in mobile business (the super amoled screen)that gives you the best watching experience with vivid colors and the deepest black.
....some stu*pid people can not differentiate between the types of movie files and the types of the memory cards,so they might use low speed card to run HD videos or even higher res with high bit rates so the movie may stutter.
add to the s amoled screen the 5.1 surround sound with makes you forget that you are watching the movie on the phone.
the wave is the first phone that supports HD video recording at 30fps with video light support and unlike the iphone4 the video quality does not affected by shaking the phone.
the 5mp camera gives you nice shots,you can view your videos and pictures in eye candy browser.
and for the games it uses the same processor (humming bird)that iphone4 uses ,so wave will surprise you with its games,but again some du*mp people download their games in low speed memory card and running a lot of widgets in the idle screen then they complain that the game does not run smoothly like in the ipod.
i have downloaded asphalt on my phone memory and it runs smoothly even without the need to close the widgets.
you asked about running videos,viewing pictures and playing games but you should know that some of applications and e book readers still not available for bada and you have to wait few months before all known applications become available.

Samsung phones are well known for having great sound output and the WAVE is no exception, I can tell u its amazing. Read the Gsmarena review before asking dumb questions. Oh and one more thing anyone asking to know the price in India Google is your friend. Cheers

The Samsung Wave has something very unique to the other PDA phones, its security is brilliant! I recently foung out that I can activate the security password and then lock all other applications at the same time. I therefore have the privillage of letting you play aroung with my phone without you accessing any of my private stuff. As for the Iphone once you unlock the phone you can access everything else! I like!!

for those who is not sure yet to buy Wave.
this phone rocks for me. i'm not heavy user, just sms .games normal calss, photo, video is excellent.
you-tube, facebook all no problem. samsung Apps downloaded easyly into Wave. music is great too from a mobile phone. Dam if u dont buy this phone its your lost. unless u expect "A mobile runs like laptop" than u just buy an ipad or netbook.

If yes, can you please le... moreseems to be workin fine for me at the moment.im in spain and it locates without any problems.located fine the mall next to my place and with option to make a phone call to them and stuff.radar works good with correct distance and correct name of streets.also the icons on the map are all there.only had it a couple of days and never used it before so im still experimenting with it but at least uptill now all seems good
