when i got my phone, i tried to open samsung apps and it asked me for updating the apps after that it gives me an error and now i can't open it anymore. is anyone knows what i shall do?

Anonymous, 09 Aug 2010can any1 help me out please ive just got this fone and cant... morewhen you are writing a txt touch and hold on the small globe thats at the bottom right until a menu opens up.there you will see the the keyboard type menu.select the first one which is the normal keypad.to turn of the predictive txt all you have to do is (when you have the normal keypad set) is touch on the "t9" button at the bottom of the screen so the green dot disapears.

really my experience with this phone is just perfect bt the thing is i am missing one thingy on this phone and that is flash player 10® !! every thin is perfect flash player is seriously getting on my nerves its very annoying when u r not able to stream videos !! or listen to online music!!
its my humble request to samsung that this phone meets all the requiremnts of flash player 10 so kindly give us the update as samsung has been very uncertain in giving the update i think we ll never get the update for flash player but lets see !!

I searched a lot, but no where it is confirmed that it has 512MB...Well, how to find out the exact memory?? At least we should know the amount as an user, be it 256 or anything...

can any1 help me out please ive just got this fone and cant take off the predictive tx and also can u change the message keypad to that of a normal fone instead of it being the computer keyboard lay out,the touch buttons are way too small for me.please can sum1 reply.....

Thou... more Hung ?? Are you sure the phone did not get locked WHILE the video was playing ??
None of the controls were working ? Did you notice a small lock icon on the screen. It couldnt have hung since you say the movie was playing.
Ill tell you what......play that file again and lock your screen while it is playing....and then see if the situation you just described gets duplicated or not. If it does, then just hold and press the lock key for a second and everything will work. :)

I tried playing the mkv file and the phone was hung.
Though the file was playing,none of the controls were working even the end button did not work so had to hold end button to cause it switch off.
Is it due to the class 2 4gb card I'm having or is there any problem with mkv files on Wave?
I could play avi files smoothly, even the complete movie.
Also, while playing big file, sometimes the landscape mode was not activated quickly.

Just took the plunge and ordered the Wave! Have heard that because the screen is samller than the Galxy but has the same amount of pixels it actually looks better!
Going to order a Samsung 8MB Micro Sd Plus memory card. It is a class 6. Will that work with the Wave? I woud like larger but no one seems to make class 6 in larger sizes!
