there is no provision to transfer other phone contacts to samsung wave handset, as all other phones having vcf files, it will not support samsung wave, is there any solution for this problem?

u just touch and hold the globe in the virtual keyboard and it'll give u all options..
u can change between qwerty, normal keypad(1abc), handwriting recognition

I have this phone and it is broken. The battery doesn't work anymore I don't know how? It stopped charging, nothings works. This phone is a piece of crap. It will be probably 1 out of 10000 that something like this happens, but this is my 3rd samsung and every time there is something wrong with the device. So no samsung for me anymore.

Please help me samsung wave user, for typing text at sms, mms is it querty screens only available in wave? is there any option to change it to usual type of screen text like satio ot n5800 that numbers appear like in number 1 abc, 2 def, which you can change the ways of text typing?.. please reply...

Hey eathen..
Here is the way...
Type *#197328640#
Click the button 5 ( Audio )
Click the button 2 ( AP, Volume Config)
Click on the button 2 (EAR Config )
Click the button 1 (volume PM) - to increase the volume of music files or the 5 key (FM Radio volume ) - Radio
We can see the 7 lines (0-6 ) , we can increase the value of
all lines (these are the lines that define the level at each
support ), you can change any of them or increase only
last value of 58dB to 75dB and 100db max .
To enter double digit, for 0 line press 0 on the number pad it will say write on the top right hand corner on the screen. just tap on the bar 3 to 4 times quickly below the number key pad and then another keypad should open. enter desired number and press ok twice...done.
NOTE: sometimes u have to press many times to open another keypad.........

it was there for a week, and costed £15 then it gone!!!! anyone downloaded this?
please let me know and what is the alternative for UK GPS navigation in UK?

Here they are.
* Single-handed use not too comfortable due to the extra long form factor
* Video recording output is pathetic
* Piano black surface is a fingerprint nightmare
* Memory card slot is under the battery cover
* Web browser has no Flash support
* No video streaming over Wi-Fi (such as the mobile YouTube)
* WisePilot satnav app is only a trial version
* No sign of any social networking integration
Mate. Read Gsmarena's review for both phones and then decide. :) My advice, go for wave. Decide for yourself but my personal experience has been surprisingly pleasant with Wave.
