Great overall and balance performance.
Spectacular design.
And ultimately still rich specifications(1-yr old).
S8500 Wave could be Scottie Pippen in Basketball.

Hey Friends.
M using wave 1 for last 1 year.
Now m not able 2 install Kies software from the CD's provided in the box.
It constantly shows the message that I need to insert CD 2, but after doing so it asks me 2 insert CD 1.
Is there any solution for this??

[deleted post]DXKF1 was released in Singapore also known as BAda 1.2....
One of the main changes is Battery Power Consumption...Excellent.
The previous Bada 1.0 after a year of using was not stable, it takes more battery power. That's the reason I bought new Battery for my Wave. But after the Bada 1.2 Update, my two batteries work well.
Other improvements are not that too important to me.

I took my s8500 phone for os upgrade at Samsung service center Westlands nairobi Kenya but those guys cheated me that they've upgraded to bada 1.2. they only kept me on bench civilized almost 3hours and finally I never saw any improvement no swype writing method. we need qualified people in that service center. I'll upgrade it alone.

Sensitive GPS receiver on board???? It's not true. The GPS receiver of the Wave sucks, is much dependent of the A-GPS to lock position.

This phone is a piece of crap. Samsung blocks all voip applications. I need skype on my phone! Do yourself a favour and buy android or iphone!!!

hi all wave users am in a trouble from past 8 days; i still use baba 1 with out updating 1.2 but now i can not update weather or any widget and also can not browse from dolphin browser. But opera work smoothly. I can't understand please healp me.......!
