The galaxy has a very good os android is amazing. Do not buy the wave trust me.

I'm planning... morewith the 2gb version also.. we have around 500 mb for apps , which is enough as the total no. of apps is limited.. the menu page vcan be max 10..
second thing , you can choose between the app installation on phone memory or memory card.........
i selected it as memory card... and all my apps are installed on the 8gb memory card......

I'm planning... moreSeriously mate buy the galaxy s I have just sold my wave it is good but the app store and available things for it is no good, by the time it is sorted out the phone will be in need of replacement unless someone can install android on it.

I'm planning to buy this
gorgeous gadget anytime
soon.but apparently,there's an
8gb version that's gonna hit the
stores in india next month.by 8gb
do they mean the device will
have 8gb internal memory or will
it have an 8gb memory card
bundled with the set?the 2gb
version has a limited memory of
1gb for app installation.so i'll
soon run outta memory if i
install some 10 apps like nfs shift
which occupies 100mb.do i have
an option to install apps on
memory card?or do u suggest
me to wait for the 8gb version?
will it offer more space for app
installation?users pleasE

I give you an example mate. Take a snail and give it a name....err....lets say, for example's sake that you named it Symbian. Observe. Crawls slow eh ?
Now, take another 1 and name it something...errr...Lemme think....Oh yeah ! Symbian^3. Observe.
Does it seem like its gonna beat that ferrari passing by ? Oh.
Try that, and we can talk a bit more about it. :)

(Well you cant, N8 is not released yet. So you're basically crazy about something you've not even held in your hands or seen except in a video)
1.) Hardware - Goes to samsung.
2.) Software - Go and read any review of ANY Nokia phone sporting ANY version of Symbian. (I mean any phones that have been released, cuz its no use talking about something thats not been released yet). You will not find a single review that does not criticize it for sporting that laggy software.
Now, you cant throw any accusations of even the reviewers being "jealous" of whatever it is that nokia does. Phew.
Agreed, N8 packs too many goodies. But they will be of no use, since it wont pack the hardware or the software to support them. In the end, you've got only dead pixels and a phone that lags in everything.
And you'd do yourself good by stop seeing things from your bu*t and grow some eyes. :) Samsung Wave has a full metal body and it is more sleek, and pocketable than your N8. Oh, its not "your" N8, sorry, I keep forgetting that its not released yet and even then people like yourself are singing praises as if you've been using it for months. Seems a lot like what happened with the "Performance Beast" - N97.
Plus, you fail at making rhymes the same way nokia fails at making anything even remotely having any quality.

[deleted post]The comments are correct if SAMSUNG is Replaced by NOKIA.Samsung casing is made of Aluminium not plastic.No advice required.Here we all know that NOKIA is BRICK.

The reign of bada and wave have come to an end with the release of nokia n8 and c7 symbian^3 phones. Although symbian but very fast and with 3d graphics card. Gaming is much greater than bada which has just few good games. I recommend all wave buyers to wait and buy n8. It has hdmi port,bluetooth 3, wifi, and loads of more than wave. Symbian 3 is targeted to be a gaming platform. So wait.
