Anonymous, 15 Jul 2010I can not see videos properly on you tube.it does some buff... moreyoutube video is blur when i'm using gprs. but with when im watching via wifi, video is crisp and clear.
i think it is more of connection.
btw, i'm from philippines.

I got this fone 1 week back.It good but i dont know wh... moreyoutube videos are generally not the best quality in some cases but if you are having blur problems with still photos then id say it must be faulty.might be a good idea to take it back and get another wave or fix it using your waranty cos one of the selling features of this phone is the screen/picture quality.

HI.. I got this fone 1 week back.It good but i dont know why the video quality is not so good. even initially fone displays a blured image and than it become clear.This happens in case of still picture too.Is the video thing somehow format dependent? Dnt know where to check it from.But i could not find videos much clearer.

Like my Pixon i guess that it copies the file from the memory card to the phone memory to be sure to have it even if you remove the memory card

Anonymous, 15 Jul 2010When you're at work (no signal as you say) set your phone t... moreI dont know about u......Most of the users don't go after years........Each and every minute technology is rising and those who want to use mobile for more than a year might get outdated.....The speed,OS,RAM.........everything changes man..........why complain.......Samsung I even hated it before used its one of the C series mobile.....But its making some achievements do appreciate it........While nokia that claims to be the largest seller is still in Symbian.....Change thats the only way..........U mite have hated it but that doesnt mean that it wont get better..........

newbi wave fan, 15 Jul 2010Hello guys. Im planning to buy a wifi router but i saw one ... moreI would suggest u buy a wi-fi router with b/g & n connection. Data charges would obviously apply when u use ur mobile as an access point, and may vary depending on ur usage. Also, normal GPRS connection would not do. U'll require an active 3G or internet connection (eg. data plans that support push mail).
Generally these plans are very, very expensive compared to normal internet plans applicable for a PC. Also depends on which country u reside in. A wi-fi router will help u enjoy ur cell without bothering about data charges.

One of my friend told that in a mobile LED/Xenon flash is nt required or there isnt much difference with them.....I really don't know as I have been using w200i for past 3 years.I want to buy a worthy smartphone with all features.Why couldn't samsung put LED/Xenon flash?Pls giv me ur opinions....Also does Samsung wave support Java?Hows the OS(Bada)?Which is best Galaxy or Wave?All other spec smart man

Just download the software, register urself, connect the phone, go to "store" menu in the program & u'll fine the india maps there (approx. 250mb).
While transfering maps to ur phone, make sure you transfer it to memory card cos of the file size.
Note : Maps are free for life, but navigation is free for 1 month. and u need not enter any credit card details in the store.

Go to : Settings-> Connectivity -> Network(aka Network Settings) -> Connections ( Choose Yes )
You will get different Internet profiles, dependent on ur cell operator. Eg. Vodafone users will get Vodafone Live, Vodafone Connect & Vodafone MMS
Select the profile u r using & change "Linger Time" which is by default set at 300secs by Vodafone.
Please note, Vodafone Connect has linger time set at 300 secs wich is not changeable.

Hi, normally for my settings I would use as below:
"Menu" > "Settings" > "Connectivity" > "USB" then I select "Ask on connect". This will give me choices to select whenever I connect to PC.
If you want to connect to PC using Kies, then you have make sure that you are select "Kies" mode.
Yes, the original package contain 2 mini CD.
Please use the latest version of Kies. You can download it from Samsung website.
My WAVE never hang and I have 8GB memory card.
