I just updated to version JF4 on Windows Vista x64 using Kies. Everything worked just fine.
Do any of you know of a website where I can see all the codes for the Samsung Wave? I want to see if I can tweak some stuff (on of which being completely turning off the radio for some frequencies that we don't use at all here).
Thanks!
And vote for Wave, the more popular this phone will be the more apps we will have ;)

[deleted post]Hii Dude,u have both the phones & You speak abt accuracy, I think you tested both the phones simultaneously.. I mean your I-phone with working hand (usually right) & Wave with other hand(left). Do it opposite way, you will see wave mopre accurate than I-Phone or LG.. Hu Hu He Heeee..

[deleted post]Wave has the brightest screen ever..

Consult a doctor for your eye sight..

You talk about accuracy?? Wave has a higher accuracy rate in multi touch..

SuperAmoled is twice faster response time..

It can produce dark black like coal that no other can..

Touch sensitivity and response time twice faster than iPhone 4..

Contrast ratio is upto extreme and is the highest..

                    Sunlight visibility is the best..

Consumes less energy and makes your phone last 30% longer battery life time period..

In short Wave's SuperAmoled is the best display..

[deleted post]I have the wave and my friend has the iphone4. we put the brightness up to full on both handsets. They are pretty similar indoors but the wave is still more vivid. Outdoors the wave eats the iphone4 by at least 25% usability. I haven't even mentioned that my phone uses 20-30% less power to run the super amoled and i can get to days of heavy usage out of the wave. I would like to see the iphone4 do that

[deleted post]The Wave with his Super Amoled screen has No Backlight, No liquid crystal and got less cell process. so u find more brighter the iphone? maybe. but on the WAve u can see the screen in direct sunlight.. and that's important feature for lot of people.. (im filing tired for typing) =/

                                  Checked out this link http://mea.samsungmobile.com/ENG/mobile-phones/samsung-s8500-wave-specification#expand
                                  It says hsdpa 3.6mbps only.
