Dear Bill,
I am not sure what your wife had, or used, you sure it was Wave? this is the best lasting battey I eevr seen in touch screen phone, it puts iphone to shame, mine last more than 36 hr with more than avarage usage of web, texting and almost 6 hours of talking within 36hr, what else you want, this phone is a break through in technology and it truly is, unless you have been paid by iphone to post this comment I can't really see what your wife used was wave, sadly may be you had one odd bad batch, but not such a complain on battery ever reported that is why I am doubting very much of what you saying here!!!
Wave is the best phone ever made and Bada will kick off in 3-4 months time then you would be laughing with people who gone to get the iphone 4.
truly the best!

Omnia 2 was a failure from Samsung. and omnia2 got the amoled (with only 65k "working" colours) While the Wave got Super Amoled(newest in the market) with 16 000 000 colours(and yes its support every one of them) with perfect BLack (pitch black) ..

Dear samsung users,
I have an important question for you, it's related to the display of the samsung wave. I have seen a lot of samsung handsets but I was never been interested in them. My cousin has the omnia II and the display is ok and nice but still I always preferred sony ericsson mobiles. However, today I saw the samsung wave and my brain almost exploded because of how stunning the display was!! Seriously it had the best display I have ever seen in my entire life!??
Even the looks of the phone was very elegent, not like most samsung handsets which in my opinion are very basic and kind of ugly. My question is, is the display of the wave really better than the omnia II?? Or am I just dreaming? Because I have seen several handsets with amoled screens, but I have never seen a display as good as this. So please I need some good explanation here from some samsung experts :)
My friends always tried to convince me to buy a samsung handset but I was never convinced or interested, but the wave may really change everything, I'm looking forward hearing from you soon.

My wife has just sent her Wave back as battery life was no more than 24 hrs with only 3-5 short calls and about 6 texts a day. No Bluetooth on. No internet usage and no WiFi. Even the girl at Orange said with more usage she was only getting a max of 15 hrs between charges. Maybe something Samsung is not telling us!

My samsung Jet was a waste of money because of its audiojack bad quality, it won't work anymore, after 1 month of use!
I would buy Wave if it haven't this rubbish audiojack.
