Shane on first usage u must have charged it completely or should have put it to atleast 4 hours for charging. It is always better to charge it to 100% and use it till it reaches almost 0%. If you use it in this method the life of the battery would be better. This is because life of battery depends on number of charging and discharging cycles. The less it is the better is the life.
I do understand getting a new Wave and keeping your hands off it for few hours is difficult. But you should have followed this.
Do not i repeat Do not use the phone while charging, it will cause heating and is also not safe.

i have bought this cellfone and its fucking awesome guys.... i love this fone,it has got ol those features which generally youth wants and size of the fone is pretty good...display is very clear.
overall a very very nyc phone.
and a affordable price range too.

I got this phone today for 16200 EMI with Insurance from Univercell... Kept on charging for a while and took it out wen the battery was 55% full. Battery drainage is a little concern for me as i did brouse for 2 hrs and played games for 20 mints. Its 6 Hrs frm there and the battery is empty and my cell is switched off. I need to check again by charging it full 100% and see wats the battery back up.
So far I am pretty much happy with my Wave II... Camera is very good and video recording is awesome...
Will give a detailed information once i use this cell this weekend on how the cell is performing. Cant wait to explore the world of Imagination with my WAVE II.
Also would like to check if any one faces the problem of battery heating in the cell while charging?
I faced this wen i kept cell on charging...

go for galaxy SL. phone is excellent. Wave 2 is good too. but i would recommend galaxy since you cant fnd even a poper theme for bada. app store is very poor. very as very very bad. only better thing i can find in wave is the solid metal body and nothing else. better go for galaxy...

bada is nice....go and play with both phone in any shop then choose what u want.
Bada will be above android after getting update 2.0.
After the update it will be the best OS.

I am terribly confused about buying samsung galaxy sl 4g i9003 and wave II. I am quite impressed with wave II but except the bada os . could any of the users please tell me if the os really matter. Galaxy has android and am unable to choose between bada and android. the application on android runs in lakhs but do we really use any of these in normal usage. waiting for all users to give me a proper feedback which wud help me decide my phone.

I wanted a complete multimedia phone with a decent camera. This phone has the best video player and i use it as a portable video player, the camera is good, music player is also nice and very easy to operate. I do not play many games but the samsung store has some good free games and a few HD games which are paid. I like asphalt 5 and Mr Dork. You can also check out the samsung app store before you buy it. If you want a lot of applications then go for an android. Otherwise this would be smart choice. All the best

To be honest, like seriously honest, I think Wave II is the best pout of them! Believe me I'm not lying here. As for HTC Desire I have no idea about its performance and for Nokia C7, pretty much similar to N8 but with 8MP Camera. I say go for Wave II the OS is much more interesting than the symbian 3 LOL

thanks for ur reply.but basically i need to regarding mp4, 3g, dvix ,xvid files.Because i want to buy this phone.But due to my last experience with corby plus i am really disappointed.
