i m not able to download the MS office files ie MS WORLD,EXCEL OR PDF FILE.
it says unsupported content.
plz help how to do?

pros: Android. Even bigger screen (4 inch). 1650mAh battery. 16 GB (huge) internal memory.
cons: All plastic body, cheap feeling on hand. Flash less camera (WTF!). No camera key. Pathetic loudspeakers.
really Samsung is creating Wave's own competitor! But see..I believe the cons are pre-thought and well-put....without these cons...pratically WAVE 8530 would be dead once it gets launcehd.

I have downlaoded Ebuddy and Opera min o... morethis problem shudnt be thre...really I am clueless...as for me..both work perfectly...even see.opera mini has 2 modes in its network setting: HTTP and SOCKET (loosely speaking SOCKET meant for GPRS/3G and HTTP for Wifi)...my WAVE detects automatically whether I am using WiFi or GPRS when using OperaMini and adjusts the setting on its own!

The galaxy SL 9003 has been launched in India for approx 19K. There are chances that waveII price will fall a lettel. Also, people who want Android and are ready to compromise on the Camera Flash can go for it.
SLCD is really nice, i have a weveII and i have compared it to Wave I and Iphone 4. You would hardly noce any difference between iphone 4 and WaveII. For WaveI and Wave II my personal choce is Wave II as it displays more natural colors n also has a bigger screen. Samsung rocks...

mila, 26 Feb 2011just before 5 days i bought wave 2 mobile .. i charged batt... morewhy you have charged your battery for long hours...you shouln't put it in the che=arged for so much time you should check if the nattery have been charged every 1hours to avoid battery faulty and destruction and all...Next time make sure that your battery are discharged completely then you can fully caharged it so that your battery can have a good duration and a long use time.

As previously recommended, I bought the Wave II and so far it has been an amazing experience! The Super Clear LCD looks amazing and colours are very realistic. This phone is very user-friendly and if anyone reads through the manual thoroughly, you will be able to make the maximum use of this phone and it's amazing features!

it is worth to buy or not? Im planning to swap my nokia N8 to Samsung wave2... Reason why? Because my N8 it has reddish, i mean instead of black-green,blue,white color the color banding will become reddish and violet is not accurate. im very disappointed. Nokia Care They dont know how to fix it my phone is almost a month @ Nokia Care But will bck to me still the same... It changes whole hardware including Amoled,Board but the result is still the same... Its hardware problem.... So im decided to swap my N8 to samsung s8530.... ;-( N8 is my worst nokia phone i had.....

am a 3 weeks old user of SAMSUNG WAVE S8530 handset. I am having the following 3 queries. Please do help me out kindly.
1) settings >> memory >> memory status >> messages >> text messages >> phone 1300
Is it the maximum numbers of text messages I can save in my wave & if so is there anyways to increase the capacity??
2) After installing some 10-15 samsung apps in my wave it shows as following :
setting >> memory >> memory status >> common memory >> available 345,696K
what is the meaning of that & would not I be able to install anymore apps once that available memory is full (I am using 8GB external memory)??
3) My sent text messages seems to be automatically deleting after every 3-4 days. what may be the reason?? Eventhough I am not activating Auto delete option.

just before 5 days i bought wave 2 mobile .. i charged battery upto 6 hours.. but within 2 days the battery becomes dry... wat shall i do?? any one is their to help?
