for ur questions
1. u can save only 1300 msg at a time soo it is better if u backup ur msgs in memory card of 8 gb u have just click on "..." in ur msging and then "backup ur msges"" store it to memory card .....
2.u can store ur applications in ur memory card
settings >> memory >> default memory >> check all to memory card
why u use internal 390 mb when u have card
and u can use same card data easily if u have to update ur mobile without backup of ur internal memory
settings>>application>>installation settings>> check memory card
3. ur auto deleting is necessary after u have 1300 msg in inbox otherwise where it stores man......
i thing this may help and pls dont copy paste it again....

These are the answer to your queries :
1) Buy another Wave 2, So your capcacity will now increase to 2,600 msgs. 1300 msgs x 2 Wave ph
2) The figure 345 696 means that your days in the gsmarena are numbered....or even in this world
and finally
3)Dont msg , so you dont have to worry about the auto deleting.

If u want a mobile phone (Good features), go for Wave II..
Dude if u want android phone with all features of Wave II, it will cost no less than 25K..
SO rather buy applications from BADA worth Rs 8000 (25k - 17K)..
GO for Wave, my personal opinion...

Why didnt u block this person D-WAVER from bC9x yet?
Either noone wants to answer his queries or noone has clue about that...and D-WAVER is just copy-pasting the same daily..so foolishly...and clutering the space.....

I am a 3 weeks old user of SAMSUNG WAVE S8530 handset. I am having the following 3 queries. Please do help me out kindly.
1) settings >> memory >> memory status >> messages >> text messages >> phone 1300
Is it the maximum numbers of text messages I can save in my wave & if so is there anyways to increase the capacity??
2) After installing some 10-15 samsung apps in my wave it shows as following :
setting >> memory >> memory status >> common memory >> available 345,696K
what is the meaning of that & would not I be able to install anymore apps once that available memory is full (I am using 8GB external memory)??
3) My sent text messages seems to be automatically deleting after every 3-4 days. what may be the reason?? Eventhough I am not activating Auto delete option.

hi wave 2 users!!!!
I bought this phone few days before... initially i charged battery for more than 6 hours, within 2 days the battery was empty... normally its lik that or any one face same problem lik this????

everytime i try for firmware upgrade through kies,"firmware upgrade has stopped working" window pops up..do let me know how to get rid of this & how can i successfully do firmware upgrade!!

bada os..
you cannot download themes or apps from zedge,mobile9 etc etc.because they wont work..
you can get themes everything you want from samsung app store
